背景技术
传统阀门的阀杆上部一般套有垫圈,垫圈处于紧固螺母和填料压盖之间,但是阀门在长期使用后填料和阀杆下部的垫圈容易出现磨损,进而会影响阀门阀杆部位的密封性。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够在阀门的填料和阀杆下部套接的垫圈出现磨损后可自行进行防漏补偿的阀门补偿防漏机构。
为此,本实用新型提供的阀门补偿防漏机构,阀门的阀杆上部上套接有的至少两片相对设置的碟形弹片,碟形弹片处于阀杆上端的紧固螺母与阀门的填料压盖之间。
本实用新型提供的阀门补偿防漏机构包括套接于阀杆上的至少两片相对设置的碟形弹片,在填料和和阀杆下部的垫圈出现磨损后阀杆会松动,此时碟形弹片会对紧固螺母和填料压盖施力,使阀杆重新紧固,从而可以有效防止阀杆部位发生泄漏。
