本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种清除路面冰雪用的工具，它是由剁杆、剁刀、连接管、挡圈、压力弹簧、T型滑动轴、变径连接套、滑动套管、螺钉组成。连接管内焊接固定有挡圈，挡圈上端装有木质剁杆由螺钉固定。挡圈下端按顺序装有压力弹簧、T型滑动轴、变径连接套、滑动套管、剁刀。T型滑动轴与滑动套管焊接，剁刀插入滑动套管下端开口内焊接，变径连接套与滑动套管滑动配合，其上端内螺纹与连接管外螺纹紧固连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单，使用方便，由于采用宽大的剁刀，自身有一定的重量，再加上弹簧的反作用力，在铲除冰雪凝固层时代替平板铁锹使用，省时、省力、速度快，是一种很适用的环卫工具。
