Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种火车轮刹车片拆卸工具，旨在提供一种方便、快捷卸下火车刹车片的工具，它包括C字形挂钩与螺杆扳手两部分，通过C字形挂钩挂在刹车片的末端，螺杆扳手紧抵在刹车碟的开口端，旋转扳手对刹车片施力，这样能快速方便的取下生锈的刹车片。

一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种火车轮刹车片拆卸工具。
二、背景技术
一般火车轮刹车片(图2)是活动安装在刹车碟上的(图1)，如图1C所示的刹车碟上有一燕尾槽，刹车片(图2D)通过倒扣型燕尾装入该处，由于刹车碟使用时间长且是露在外面的，很容易因为金属生锈将刹车片卡死在燕尾槽内，而由于整个刹车系统处在火车下方空间不大，所以给拆卸更换刹车片带来了极大的不便。因为本身空间不大加上生锈卡死，更换时甚至要将整个刹车碟系统拆下才能作业，这给工作带来了极大的难度。
三、发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服火车刹车片在拆装时的不便问题，提供一种可以在小空间使用，并能对刹车片施加压力的拆卸工具。如图3所示，该工具主体为一C字形钩体，这个C字型的钩体有一端钩在刹车片的一头，在C字形的另一端部设一凸位用来抵在刹车碟的牢固部位，在这个凸位处有一螺纹孔，该孔处用一个螺杆扳手通过旋转加力，通过这种加力方式再配合适当的力外部敲击刹车片能很方便的将生锈部分松动，从而取下刹车片进行更换。

五、具体实施方式
如图3所示，将该工具的主体做成一C字形结构，在C字形的一头做一凸出部位用来做为该工具的主要支撑块(图3A)，该凸出部位上有一螺纹孔，用一螺杆型的扳手(图3B)作用在C字形的主体结构上，如图4所示，C字形工具的一端钩在刹车片(图4E)上，这个凸出块(图4G)刚好抵在刹车碟(图4F)的边缘，当用力转动扳手时，螺杆力作用在刹车碟上，反作用力带动C形挂钩拉动刹车片，再配以合适的外部力轻轻敲击刹车片就能很方便的将其退出来。
