一种皱纹铝管轨道交通电力电缆,包括导体、导体外依次包覆的导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、铜带金属屏蔽层、半导电阻水膨胀层,其特征是半导电阻水膨胀层外依次有皱纹铝管、PE外护套。径向绕包有阻水膨胀带,纵向有皱纹铝管和PE外护套共同组成的气密性能极佳的防水防潮阻挡层,防水防潮性能好。皱纹铝管表面光滑、均匀,机械抗侧压力大,保护绝缘线芯正常稳定工作,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电力电缆,特别是一种皱纹铝管轨道交通电力电缆。
背景技术
目前,在35KV及其以下电压等级的城际轨道交通输配送电线路中,一般采用的电力电缆的结构为从电缆中心向外依次为导体、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、铜带金属屏蔽层、半导电阻水膨胀层、非金属隔离层、钢带铠装层及塑料护套层,防水防潮性能较差,同时当线路故障短路电流较大时铜带易烧断,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处,而提供一种防水防潮性能好,使用寿命长的皱纹铝管轨道交通电力电缆。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:皱纹铝管轨道交通电力电缆包括导体、导体外依次包覆的导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、铜带金属屏蔽层、半导电阻水膨胀层,其特征是半导电阻水膨胀层外依次有皱纹铝管、PE外护套。
本实用新型由于采用以上结构改进,径向绕包有阻水膨胀带,纵向有皱纹铝管和PE外护套共同组成的气密性能极佳的防水防潮阻挡层,防水防潮性能好,皱纹铝管表面光滑、均匀,机械抗侧压力大,保护绝缘线芯正常稳定工作,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
现结合附图所示实施例对本实用新型作出详细说明。
如图1所示,皱纹铝管轨道交通电力电缆包括导体1、导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4、铜带金属屏蔽层5、半导电阻水膨胀层6、皱纹铝管7、PE外护套8。皱纹铝管材料选用1060牌号0°状态纯铝带,厚0.8mm至1.5mm,精确切带纵包经氩弧焊接而形成无缝管材,与外护套之间牢固粘接,形成严密的防水防潮阻挡层。
