随着人们对环保和节能意识的增强,现代燃油燃气锅炉也向着组装化、自动化方面发展,和早期的卧式锅壳式燃油燃气锅炉相比,现代卧式锅壳式燃油燃气锅炉主要在结构上进行了改进。 一是干背式锅炉结构,其制造工艺简单,制造工时少,因此采用这一结构的厂家很多,但经过多年的运行暴露出来的问题很多,炉胆出口的高温烟气直接和后烟箱盖冲刷,后烟箱多为耐火砖制成,容易损坏,不得不经常停炉修理,縮短了锅炉的正常运行周期。二是全湿背式中心回燃结构,这种结构炉胆出口烟温相对较高,因此对前烟室的要求较高,国外此类锅炉前烟室的耐火层都是异性浇注,密封和固定都比较好,但这种结构对流受热面必须采用螺纹管,设计时对螺纹管的加工精度要求比较严格,否则锅炉的排烟温度会出现较大的波动。三是全湿背式下置式炉胆结构,该结构采用大直径炉胆,增加了炉膛辐射换热,降低了进入回转室前管板的烟温,改善了回燃室前管板的工作状态,但烟管的布置一般采用"△"布置方式,烟管一般呈阶梯状,放置在炉胆左、右侧上方,为保证标准要求布置,导致锅炉锅壳和管板直径过大,造成不必要的浪费。发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是:针对上述存在的技术问题和缺陷,提供一种结构紧凑合理、运行安全可靠、燃烧效率高、造价低、使用寿命长的新型高效节能燃油燃气热水锅炉。
本实用新型的技术方案是:由锅炉本体、燃烧器、保温层、烟筒、电控柜、底座、管道阀门仪表组成,锅炉本体采用波形炉胆、螺纹烟管和光管,波形炉胆中心布置,螺纹烟管和光管布置在波形炉胆的周围,波形炉胆的尾部为湿背式回燃室,螺纹烟管与湿背式回燃室和前烟箱相连通,组成第二回程对流受热面,光管与前烟箱和后烟箱相连通,组成第三对流受热面。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于采用三回程湿背式结构,燃烧充分、无污染,低噪音;波形炉胆居中布置,使热胀冷縮的应力得到均匀缓冲,使设备寿命延长;受热面围绕炉胆均匀布置,供热面积大,排烟及散热损失小,热效率高,可达90%以上;具有结构紧凑,运行安全可靠,占地面积小,节省材料,造价低,启动快等优点。附图说明:

从图1所示本实用新型的结构示意图和图2的左视图可以看出,本实用新型由锅炉本体2、燃烧器14、保温层6、烟筒8、电控柜15、底座12、管道阀门仪表3组成,锅炉本体2包括锅壳、波形炉胆13、螺纹烟管5和光管4。本实用新型采用湿背式三回程全对焊结构,波形炉胆13中心布置,即全中心对称结构,展开式火焰、阔容辐射式受热面。受热面采用全波纹炉胆、螺纹烟管5与光管4优化组合设计结构,使火焰产生强烈扰动,大大提高传热系数,降低排烟温度。螺纹烟管5和光管4布置在波形炉胆13的周围,波形炉胆13的尾部为湿背式回燃室,螺纹烟管5与湿背式回燃室和前烟箱l相连通,组成第二回程对流受热面,光管4与前烟箱1和后烟箱ll相连通,组成第三对流受热面。燃料先在由波形炉胆13组成的炉膛内燃烧,生成的烟气再由湿背式回燃室内转弯,进入由螺纹烟管5组成的第二回程对流受热面,然后经前烟箱1进入由光管4组成的第三对流受热面,最后经烟筒8排入大气。
本实用新型采用三回程湿背式结构,采用高效传热元件螺纹烟管和原装进口燃烧机,燃烧充分、无污染,低噪音。前烟箱1和后烟箱11之间有铰链连接,且后烟箱ll内设有检修门7,炉体内开设人孔、手孔,简化了清洁工作,使维修、养护极为方便,便于炉膛检修和清扫,锅炉尾部设有观火口IO,可以观测炉膛的燃烧情况。自控系统采用全自动操作,从锅炉的点火至负荷调节,锅炉熄火等均实现自动控制和调节,可实现全自动操作。锅炉保护系统齐全,有熄火保护、超温保护、超压保护等系统,运行安全可靠。在燃烧器14内装有高电压自动点火系统,点火可靠。燃烧器
14的调风系统随喷嘴的喷油量自动跟踪调节,燃烧器的燃烧效率高。保温层6采用轻质硅酸铝纤维保温,减少了散热损失,外用全不锈钢板蒙皮,提高了外观质量。
在正常情况下,燃烧器出力随锅炉压力而自动调整燃烧,出水温度达到设定值时,燃烧器自动停机,当温度低于设定值时,燃烧器自动开机。当发生缺相、超高温、超压、燃烧器的进风口吸入异物等现象时,燃烧器会自动停机,故障灯亮,程控装置会立刻停止输出燃料,消除故障后才能重新起炉。每次点火前均自动进行一分钟强风吹扫,排出炉内余留的可燃气体,防止点火时的爆燃现象发生,同时在锅炉后烟箱ll内设置内置式防爆门9,当炉膛发生爆燃时,防爆门盖自动开启,可燃气体进入后烟箱ll,通过烟筒8排向大气(而不是排到锅炉房内,避免发生火灾事故),泄放压力后,防爆门盖自动关闭,确保了锅炉的安全运行。
