本实用新型涉及到蓄电池零部件领域,具体的说是一种管式极板铅管的锥形结构。
背景技术:
蓄电池管式极板的筋条,是铅制的细长管状,生产的时候是用冲床裁剪成需要的分段,现有的铅管用冲床冲断后,其截面为平行截面,与下扣底连接时,阻力很大。因为铅本身机械强度不高,因此一旦下扣底受力,就会造成铅管弯曲,进而导致整个管式极板弯曲,这是电池生产厂家不愿看到的。
发明内容:
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本实用新型提供了一种管式极板铅管的锥形结构,将铅管下端与下扣底连接处用切刀加工为圆锥型头。有效降低了铅管与下扣底间的接触阻力,使下扣底受力时管式极板不易弯曲。
