本实用新型涉及一种压片机强迫加料器,具体的说一种压片机强迫加料器传动轴。
背景技术
传统的压片机强迫加料器是有电动涡轮杆连接强迫加料扇叶把流动行差的粉末强迫加入料位孔内进行粉末加料压制成型。由于使用强迫加料器的粉末流动性差,从而会造成强迫加料扇叶卡住无法运转,再将要拆卸整个强迫加料器后再拆卸强迫加料扇叶,整个拆卸过程严重浪费时间和人力。 
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种压片机强迫加料器传动轴。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型设计了一种压片机强迫加料器传动轴,包括传动轴主体,其特征在于:传动轴主体为两段式结构,包括上端部的第一传动轴,以及下端部的第二传动轴,第一传动轴与第二传动轴采用连接套进行连接。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,强迫加料可以快速加料,便于粉末卡在加料扇叶时,通过转动第二传动轴可以迅速转动扇叶从而无须在将整个强迫加料器拆卸,误时误工。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型包括传动轴主体,传动轴主体为两段式结构,包括上端部的第一传动轴1,以及下端部的第二传动轴2,第一传动轴1与第二传动轴2采用连接套3进行连接。
同现有技术相比,强迫加料可以快速加料,便于粉末卡在加料扇叶时,通过转动第二传动轴可以迅速转动扇叶从而无须在将整个强迫加料器拆卸,误时误工。
