Abstract

一种立体拼图积木，属于玩具或礼品领域，包括叠放在一起的多个积木块(1)，所述多个积木块均为透明积木块，每一透明积木块上均设有缺口(10)，多个透明积木块按照一定的顺序叠放在一起其缺口形成一个或多个内凹的立体图形(2)。该结构使得积木与拼图可合二为一，更受儿童的喜欢。

本实用新型涉及一种玩具或礼品，特别是一种立体拼图积木。
背景技术
拼图作为一种儿童益智玩具，因其既可锻炼玩耍者的动手能力，也可提高玩耍者的大脑思维能力，从而被广大父母及儿童所喜欢。但是，现在市场上出现的拼图只有平面拼图，而积木虽然能组成立体结构，却未能同时组成立体拼图。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种积木与拼图合二合一的立体拼图积木。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下：一种立体拼图积木，包括叠放在一起的多个积木块，所述多个积木块均为透明积木块，每一透明积木块上均设有缺口，多个透明积木块按照一定的顺序叠放在一起其缺口形成一个或多个内凹的立体图形。
本实用新型还具有如下附属技术特征：
每相邻两个透明积木块中的其中一透明积木块的四个角处均固设有一榫头，另一透明积木块的相应位置设有与榫头相配合的榫槽。
首、末两个透明积木块之间的每个透明积木块均分为多个小块。
所述透明积木块为两个。
每一所述缺口的内壁上涂设有相应的色彩。
所述榫头与榫槽为过度配合。
相对现有技术，本实用新型的有益效果是：多个透明积木块，且每一透明积木块上均设有缺口，多个透明积木块按照一定的顺序叠放在一起其缺口形成一个或多个内凹的立体图形。因此，该结构使得积木与拼图可合二为一，更受儿童的喜欢。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例详细介绍本实用新型：
如图1至图3所示，为本实用新型提供的一种优选实施例，一种立体拼图积木，包括叠放在一起的多个透明积木块1，每一透明积木块上均设有缺口10，所述多个透明积木块1按照缺口排列的一定顺序叠放在一起后，在其内部形成一个或多个内凹的立体图形2，如娃娃等受儿童欢迎的玩具图形；由于儿童需要将多个透明积木块1不停的拆、装才能组合到正确的图形，便在每相邻两个透明积木块1中的其中一透明积木块的四个角处均固设有一榫头11，另一透明积木块的相应位置设有与榫头相配合的榫槽12，并且榫头11与榫槽12为过度配合，这样使得每相邻两个透明积木块之间拆装方便。
本实用新型提供的另一种优选实施例，其他结构均与实施例一相同，只是将首、末两个透明积木块1之间的所有透明积木块均分为三小块、四小块、五小块或者更多个小块(图中仅显示了将首、末两个透明积木块1之间的所有透明积木块均分为四小块，其中横竖两条延及至透明积木块1边缘的虚线为分割线)，这样一来，分成的小块越多，使得本实施例的拼装难度就越大。
此外，为了使整个立体图形看起来更加鲜艳、更加吸引儿童的眼光，可以在每一缺口10的内壁上涂设相应的色彩。
综上所述，两个实施例均将拼图与积木合二为一，其既可锻炼玩耍者的动手能力，也可提高玩耍者的大脑思维能力，同时也提高了玩耍者对其的兴趣。
另外，一种立体拼图积木，仅由两个透明积木块1叠放在一起，每一透明积木块上均设有缺口10，两个透明积木块叠放在一起其缺口形成一个或多个内凹的立体图形2，其中一透明积木块的四个角处均固设有一榫头11，另一透明积木块的相应位置设有与榫头相配合的榫槽12。该结构可形成一个礼品。

1、一种立体拼图积木，包括叠放在一起的多个积木块(1)，其特征在于：所述多个积木块均为透明积木块，每一透明积木块上均设有缺口(10)，多个透明积木块按照一定的顺序叠放在一起其缺口形成一个或多个内凹的立体图形(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的立体拼图积木，其特征在于：每相邻两个透明积木块(1)中的其中一透明积木块的四个角处均固设有一榫头(11)，另一透明积木块的相应位置设有与榫头相配合的榫槽(12)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的立体拼图积木，其特征在于：首、末两个透明积木块(1)之间的每个透明积木块均分为多个小块。
4、根据权利要求2所述的立体拼图积木，其特征在于：所述透明积木块(1)为两个。
5、根据权利要求3或4所述的立体拼图积木，其特征在于：每一所述缺口(10)的内壁上涂设有相应的色彩。
6、根据权利要求2所述的立体拼图积木，其特征在于：所述榫头(11)与榫槽(12)为过度配合。
