一种用于多联机空调系统的冷媒分歧管,包括主变径管(1)、支变径管(2)及连接主变径管(1)及支变径管(2)的三通(3),其特征在于所述三通(3)为Y形三通。本实用新型由于采用Y形三通连接主变径管与支变径管的结构,Y形三通是通过铜管挤压整体成形,不会存在局部变形严重,焊接受热后退火变软等情况的发生,高压下压痕处也不会暴裂;而且接支变径管的两口明显分开,与支变径管连接焊接情况与普通铜管连接焊接的情况相同,焊料容易加到连接处,焊接可靠,因此,本实用新型用于多联机空调系统的冷媒分歧管质量可靠,且耐高压。

本实用新型是一种用于多联机空调系统的冷媒分歧管,属于用于多联机空调系统的冷媒分歧管的改进技术。
背景技术
传统用于多联机空调系统的冷媒分歧管结构如图1所示,包括主变径管1、支变径管2及连接主变径管1及支变径管2的三通4,三通4一般采用压口三通,如2所示,采用压口三通4连接主变径管1与支变径管2存在以下问题:一是由于压口三通连接支变径管的两个口是通过普通铜管压制而成,其两个口之间的材料受压变形严重,焊接受热后易退火变软,高压下常见在压痕处暴裂;二是与支变径管相接的两个口紧靠在一起,在焊接时候焊料很难填到两个口之间,所以两个口之间经常出现虚焊、漏焊现象。

本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题而提供一种质量可靠、耐高压的用于多联机空调系统的冷媒分歧管。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种用于多联机空调系统的冷媒分歧管,包括主变径管、支变径管及连接主变径管及支变径管的三通,其中所述三通为Y形三通。
本实用新型由于采用Y形三通连接主变径管与支变径管的结构,Y形三通是通过铜管挤压整体成形,不会存在局部变形严重,焊接受热后退火变软等情况的发生,高压下压痕处也不会暴裂;而且接支变径管的两口明显分开,与支变径管连接焊接情况与普通铜管连接焊接的情况相同,焊料容易加到连接处,焊接可靠,因此,本实用新型用于多联机空调系统的冷媒分歧管质量可靠,且而高压。
