本实用新型涉及一种环形腔结构的太阳能热水箱。包括集热器、带保温层、充有导热介质的圆柱腔壳体和壳体内的换热器,其特征是它还包括在壳体内中轴线上设置的内芯,而形成壳体内的环形腔结构。上述的内芯是管状或多边柱体。上述的换热器是环绕在内芯上的列管式、螺旋管式。本实用新型可将太阳热通过环形腔结构中的快速升温的导热介质加热换热器、其结构简单,运行可靠,无环境污染,耐腐蚀。适用于家庭和工业太阳能应用,特别适用于液体除湿空调系统中对需要再生的除湿液进行预加热。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种环形腔结构的太阳能热水箱。
背景技术
已有的内胆设置换热器的太阳能热水箱,可使两种以上不同介质的流体被同时分开加热,使其分别在水箱内和换热器内流动,配合太阳热水系统,形成双回路或多回路循环。但由于热水箱或壳体内没有导流装置且容积较大,被加热后的水相对于换热器的外壁难以形成有序快速的流动,因而换热器的传热系数小,传热效率低,导致换热器内的流体升温速度慢;不可避免地影响了整个太阳能加热器的热传递效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是的提供一种太阳能热水箱,以克服现有技术存在的问题和不足,提高太阳能加热器的热能传递效率。
本实用新型包括集热器、带保温层、充有导热介质的圆柱腔壳体和壳体内的换热器,其特征是它还包括在壳体内中轴线上设置的内芯,而形成壳体内的环形腔结构。上述的内芯是管状或多边柱体。上述的换热器是环绕在内芯上的列管式、螺旋管式。
本实用新型可使至少一种以上流体的介质,在换热器的回路中被同时循环加热,可将太阳热通过环形腔结构中的快速升温的导热介质的液体加热换热器、其结构简单,无环境污染,运行可靠、耐腐蚀。适用于家庭和工业太阳能应用,特别适用于液体除湿空调系统中对需要再生的除湿液进行太阳能预加热。

具体实施方式
如图1,本实用新型包括集热器5、带保温层、充有导热介质的圆柱腔壳体1和壳体1内的换热器2,其特征是它还包括在壳体1内中轴线上设置的内芯3,而形成壳体1内的环形腔4。
上述的内芯3是管状或多边柱体。
上述的换热器2是环绕在内芯3上的列管式、螺旋管式。
本实用新型将带保温层的箱体或壳体1的内腔与箱体的内芯3组合,形成可充入导热介质的液体,且能起导流作用的环形腔4结构,即成为壳体内的导流装置,又围绕其内芯设置在环形腔4内的至少一个换热器2。在图中表示了环绕在内芯3上的列管式、螺旋管式两个换热器。其工作原理:集热器5接收到阳光能使环形腔4内的导热介质升温,沿环形腔4形成热流体的有序流动,将热量传递给围绕环形腔(4)中的换热器(2)。换热器(2)内作为导热介质的流体如水、油等接收热量后升温,且被送至与其连接的外部容器储存,或被直接使用。

1、一种环形腔结构的太阳能热水箱,包括集热器(5)、带保温层、充有导热介质的圆柱腔壳体(1)和壳体(1)内的换热器(2),其特征是它还包括在壳体(1)内中轴线上设置的内芯(3),而形成壳体(1)内的环形腔(4)。
2、如权利要求1所述的环形腔结构的太阳能热水箱,其特征在于上述的内芯(3)是管状或多边柱体。
3、如权利要求1所述的环形腔结构的太阳能热水箱,其特征在于上述的换热器(2)是环绕在内芯(3)上的列管式、螺旋管式的换热器。
