本实用新型属于复混肥生产设备，一种水夹套复混肥冷却机。现有技术通过风冷将复混肥料温度降低，然后筛选、包膜、包装出厂。但是由于空气热容小、吸收的热量少，风冷效果不好。本实用新型水夹套复混肥冷却机，在冷却机滚筒(1)的外壁设有水夹套(2)，在水夹套(2)上设有水进口管(3)和水出口管(4)。水夹套(2)包裹冷却机滚筒(1)的全部外壁。冷却水进口管(3)设于冷却机滚筒(1)的尾部，冷却水出口管(4)设于冷却机滚筒(1)的前部。本实用新型的优点是：肥料冷却效果好；减少冷却机长度，降低设备成本；回收热水，节约能源；减少热空气排放，保护环境。

技术领域
本实用新型属于复混肥生产设备，具体地说是一种水夹套复混肥冷却机。
背景技术
现在的复混肥生产，在复混肥料造粒、烘干后，要对复混肥料进行冷却。现有技术是风机将冷空气吹入冷却机中，通过风冷将复混肥料温度降低，然后筛选、包膜、包装出厂。但是由于空气热容小、吸收的热量少，尤其是在炎热的夏天，空气温度高，造成风冷效果不好。为了降低复混肥料温度，人们将冷却机的长度设计很长，以便增大肥料在冷却机内的路程，延长肥料在冷却机内的停留时间，增大降温效果。这样就造成了冷却机设备体积大，车间面积大，产品生产成本高。由于现有的复混肥生产都是采用风冷，限制了复混肥产业的技术进步和发展，所以发明一种冷却效果好的新型复混肥冷却机是十分重要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种冷却效果好的新型水夹套复混肥冷却机。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
水夹套复混肥冷却机，在冷却机滚筒的外壁设有水夹套，在水夹套上设有冷却水进口管和冷却水出口管。
水夹套包裹冷却机滚筒的全部外壁。
冷却水进口管设于冷却机滚筒的尾部，冷却水出口管设于冷却机滚筒的前部。
本实用新型的要点是：在冷却机滚筒的外壁设有水夹套，采用风冷和水冷两种冷却方法对复混肥料进行冷却，大大提高冷却效果，提高生产效率。冷却水和温度高的肥料进行热交换后，可以做为生活热水使用，节省能源消耗，同时冷却水也可进入循环水池冷却后循环使用。为了减少高温热水对设备的侵蚀，在水夹套的内表面，即水夹套的内壁和冷却机滚筒的外壁可以喷涂耐腐蚀的聚四氟乙烯涂料。
本实用新型的本质是在冷却机外壁设有水夹套，它和冷却机的构造无关；和冷却机是否用风冷无关；和冷却水进出口管与水夹套的连接方式无关；和连续或间断进水、出水无关；只要在冷却机外壁设有水夹套，即侵犯本实用新型的权利。
本实用新型的优点是：
1.肥料冷却效果好。
2.减少冷却机长度，降低设备成本。
3.回收热水，节约能源。
4.减少热空气排放，保护环境。

下面结合附图通过具体实施方式对本实用新型做进一步说明。
水夹套复混肥冷却机，在冷却机滚筒1的外壁设有水夹套2，水夹套2包裹冷却机滚筒1的全部外壁，在水夹套2的内表面喷涂聚四氟乙烯涂料。水夹套2上设有冷却水进口管3和冷却水出口管4。冷却水进口管3设于冷却机滚筒1的尾部，即靠近肥料和空气出口处。冷却水出口管4设于冷却机滚筒1的前部，即肥料和冷空气进口处。水出口管4出来的热水做为职工生活用水。

2.根据权利要求1所述的水夹套复混肥冷却机，其特征在于：水夹套(2)包裹冷却机滚筒(1)的全部外壁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水夹套复混肥冷却机，其特征在于：冷却水进口管(3)设于冷却机滚筒(1)的尾部，冷却水出口管(4)设于冷却机滚筒(1)的前部。
