内燃机用直动式燃气喷嘴
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种阀,尤其是内燃机用直动式燃气喷嘴。
二、背景技术
用于气体燃料内燃机的燃料控制喷射阀采用先导式作用,存在着结构复杂、成本高等不足。
在专利公告号为CN2911224Y,公开了“一种内燃机用燃气喷射阀”专利技术,其性能开启压力高,工作压力使用范围广,使用寿命长,生产成本低等优点,存在着零件数量多,加工一致性差,分组时间长等不足之处。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,采用直动式结构的内燃气用直动式燃气喷嘴。
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案是,包括内有通孔的进气接头、线圈总成、复位弹簧、动芯、壳体、内有通孔的出气接头、接插件,其壳体壳内上部有进气接头、中下部有动芯、下部有出气接头,复位弹簧上端安置在进气接头下端内圆凹台、下端安置在动芯上端内圆凹台,进气接头中下部外圆和动芯上部外圆套有线圈总成,内有通气孔的动芯上端面与进气接头之间有上硫化橡胶垫,动芯下端面与出气接头上端面之间有下硫化橡胶垫,壳体和进气接头连接处塑封与轴线垂直的接插件。
本实用新型,所述的进气接头、复位弹簧、动芯和出气接头的轴心在同一轴线上,并与壳体同轴。
本实用新型工作过程,气体燃料从进气接头进入喷嘴,当线圈总成不通电时,复位弹簧通过弹力作用压动芯,使动芯下端面的下硫化橡胶垫与出气接头的上端面接触密封从而关闭阀口,燃料不能从出气接头喷出,当线圈总成通电时,线圈总成和进气接头、壳体组合产生电磁力,电磁力克服燃料气压阻力和弹簧阻力使动芯往上移动打开阀口。从而燃料从出气接头喷出。
本实用新型具有结构简单紧凑,零件数量少,装配简便,生产加工快,其性能效果好等特点。

五、具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括内有通孔的进气接头1、线圈总成2、复位弹簧3、动芯4、壳体5、内有通孔的出气接头6、接插件7,其壳体5壳内上部有进气接头1、中下部有动芯4、下部有出气接头6,复位弹簧3上端安置在进气接头1下端内圆凹台、下端安置在动芯4上端内圆凹台,进气接头1中下部外圆和动芯4上部外圆套有线圈总成2,内有通气孔的动芯4上端面与进气接头1之间有上硫化橡胶垫8,动芯4下端面与出气接头6上端面之间有下硫化橡胶垫9,壳体5和进气接头1连接处塑封与轴线垂直的接插件7。所述的进气接头1、复位弹簧3、动芯4和出气接头6的轴心在同一轴线上,并与壳体5同轴。
其进气接头1、壳体5、动芯4的材料也采用专门研制的低缴顽力高磁导率软磁材料,通过真空处理或氢气保护处理进一步提高磁感应强度。

1、一种内燃机用直动式燃气喷嘴,包括内有通孔的进气接头(1)、线圈总成(2)、复位弹簧(3)、动芯(4)、壳体(5)、内有通孔的出气接头(6)、接插件(7),其特征是壳体(5)壳内上部有进气接头(1)、中下部有动芯(4)、下部有出气接头(6),复位弹簧(3)上端安置在进气接头(1)下端内圆凹台、下端安置在动芯(4)上端内圆凹台,进气接头(1)中下部外圆和动芯(4)上部外圆套有线圈总成(2),内有通气孔的动芯(4)上端面与进气接头(1)之间有上硫化橡胶垫(8),动芯(4)下端面与出气接头(6)上端面之间有下硫化橡胶垫(9),壳体(5)和进气接头(1)连接处塑封与轴线垂直的接插件(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种内燃机用直动式燃气喷嘴,其特征是所述的进气接头(1)、复位弹簧(3)、动芯(4)和出气接头(6)的轴心在同一轴线上,并与壳体(5)同轴。
