背景技术
电焊机作为焊接工具，是生活中需要但又不经常用到的工具，电焊机主要包括电源开关、绕组切换开关、电焊变压器、风机和过热保护器组成，其中电焊变压器次级绕组上用导线输出进行电焊，在此，目前的电焊机只具有电焊操作，功能非常单一，如果一般家庭使用，其闲置率很高，该状态大大限制了人们的购买使用，不利于电焊机的推广应用。此外，充电器的主要部件也为变压器，其作为电能转换工具，是生活中经常用到的，基本上每家每户都有购买，但功能单一，也只能充电。

为克服上述缺点，本实用新型提供一种带充电功能的电焊机，其结合电焊和充电与一体，具有结构简单、实用方便、成本经济的特点。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种带充电功能的电焊机，主要包括电源开关、绕组切换开关、电焊变压器、风机和过热保护器组成，其特征在于：所述电焊变压器的次级绕组分成了数组输出，其中一组输出为电焊提供电源，另外几组输出通过整流二极管实现不同电压的直流输出并连接正负极接线柱。
上述负极接线柱连线上设置有过载保险丝。
本实用新型通过对电焊变压器次级绕组的改良，使得原来只具有电焊功能的电焊机具有充电器功能，在此，因电焊和充电共用一个变压器，在增加很少成本的情况下，实现了电焊机功能的扩展。整个机器具有结构简单、实用方便的特点。

如图1所示，一种带充电功能的电焊机，主要包括电源开关K1，绕组切换开关K2、K3，电焊变压器B1，风机FL和过热保护器RJ组成。所述电焊变压器的次级绕组分成了数组，本实施方式中为三组，其中一组输出为电焊提供电源，另外两组通过整流二极管D1、D2、D3、D4实现12V或24V电压的直流输出，并连接正负极接线柱，在此，为实现过载保护，在负极接线柱连线上设置有过载保险丝L。
本实用新型通过对电焊变压器次级绕组的改良，使得原来只具有电焊功能的电焊机具有充电器功能，在此，因电焊和充电共用一个变压器，在增加很少成本的情况下，实现了电焊机功能的扩展。整个机器具有结构简单、实用方便的特点。
