(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种密封件。是液压、气动、阻尼、减震、泵、阀门、密封系统的关键零件。属于液压、气动、密封及五金件技术领域。
(二)背景技术
在本实用新型做出以前，传统的皮碗密封皮碗内外唇都是单唇的，属于单道密封。
该密封皮碗具有以下不足之处：皮碗内外唇设置成单唇结构。密封性差，很难保证密封效果，大大的减少了使用该密封件产品的寿命。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种密封性好的双唇皮碗。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：将过去皮碗的内外单唇结构改为现在的内外双唇结构，即所述皮碗包括两个外唇和两个内唇。
与现有单唇皮碗相比，本实用新型具有如下特点：
将皮碗设置成内外双唇结构，其中外唇与液压缸体的内壁密封，内唇则与液压缸的活塞杆或者轴密封。这样相当于双道密封，达到事半功倍的密封效果，由于密封性好，大大提高液压产品的密封使用寿命。
