本实用新型公开了一种超薄型GPS装置，其主要设有一底壳、PCB板、屏蔽罩、显示屏、中框及触摸屏，其中所述PCB板上罩有屏蔽罩且通过螺钉固定在中框上，触摸屏接到PCB板上置于底壳，所述的PCB板上设有电子元器件，所述的PCB板切有方形电池槽、天线容置槽。所述的PCB板上设有电子元器件为USB插口、数字电视插座、耳机座、天线、电池、喇叭。所述的天线设于PCB板且与PCB板平行放置。本实用新型比原有的GPS整机厚度要小很多，显得轻巧，超薄，方便携带。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种GPS卫星导航装置，尤指一种超薄型GPS装置。
背景技术
随着通讯技术的不断发展，卫星导航系统的应用越来越普遍，因此其相应的GPS装置的要求也越来越高，现有的GPS装置，当前市面上的GP S的结构体形较大，且较厚，外出使用不便携，例如用于车上导航的GPS装置，由于车内空间本来就小，而较大外形的GPS装置使用起来极其不便，目前最薄的GPS也在15mm左右。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构薄、轻巧、简单、方便携带的超薄型GPS装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种超薄型GPS装置，其主要设有一底壳、PCB板、屏蔽罩、显示屏、中框及触摸屏，其中所述PCB板上罩有屏蔽罩且通过螺钉固定在中框上，触摸屏接到PCB板上置于底壳，所述的PCB板上设有电子元器件，所述的PCB板切有方形电池槽、天线容置槽。
所述的PCB板上设有电子元器件为USB插口、数字电视插座、耳机座、天线、电池、喇叭。
所述的天线设于PCB板且与PCB板平行放置。
采用上述方案后，本实用新型采用将电子元器件布置在贴好片的PCB板上，且所述PCB板切设有放置电池及天线的槽，本实用新型又直接将触摸屏设为面板，因此上述的结构可将GPS整机厚度控制9.5mm，比原有的GPS整机厚度要小很多，显得轻巧，超薄，方便携带。

具体实施方式
一种超薄型GPS装置，如图1-2所示，其主要设有一底壳1、PCB板2、显示屏3、中框4及触摸屏5，PCB板2贴有屏蔽罩26并通过螺钉6固定在中框4上，所述中框设有按键41和感光灯罩42，触摸屏5通过排线与PCB板2连接，所述的PCB板2上设有USB插口21、数字电视插座22、耳机座23、天线24、天线容置槽241、电池27、电池容置槽271、喇叭25等。
本实用新型的位置结构关系为：配合图1所示，在贴好片的PCB板2上焊接上USB插口21、数字电视插座42、耳机座23、天线24、放置电池、喇叭25等元器件后，贴上屏蔽罩26，然后将PCB板2通过螺钉6固定在中框4上，装上按键41及感光灯罩42，将触摸屏5的排线接到PCB板2上，最后盖上底壳1。如此，PCB板2的顶层没有布置元器件，元器件都放在底层，这样可将显示屏紧贴PCB。且，其中，本实用新型直接将触摸屏5设为面板，其结构薄，可降低1mm的整机厚度。USB插口21、耳机座23设于PCB板2上采用沉板式结构，因此减少了GPS整机厚度；所述PCB板2上切设有一方形槽271用于放置电池，并且PCB板2上还设有放置GPS陶瓷天线24的天线容置槽241，所述GPS陶瓷天线24与PCB板2平行放置，因此又缩小GPS整机的厚度。
采用上述方法及结构形状，可将GPS整机厚度控制在9.5mm内，因此显得轻巧，方便携带。

1、一种超薄型GPS装置，其主要设有一底壳、PCB板、屏蔽罩、显示屏、中框及触摸屏，其中所述PCB板上罩有屏蔽罩且通过螺钉固定在中框上，触摸屏接到PCB板上置于底壳，其特征在于：所述的PCB板上设有电子元器件，所述的PCB板切有方形电池槽、天线容置槽。
2、如权利要求1所述的超薄型GPS装置，其特征在于：所述的PCB板上设有电子元器件为USB插口、数字电视插座、耳机座、天线、电池、喇叭。
3、如权利要求2所述的超薄型GPS装置，其特征在于：所述的天线设于PCB板且与PCB板平行放置。
