本实用新型涉及一种蓄热容器,特别涉及一种中高温热蓄能容器。
背景技术
现有的中高温热能(如太阳能)储热方式的一般是通过利用“多余的电”加热耐高温非金属材料制成的蓄热块储存热能,其具有转化环节多且利用效率极低,性价比不高;同时目前也没有很好的隔热材料进行保温。如果隔热保温效果不好会导致热量在长时间储存时散失严重,难于推广使用。因此,如何解决上述问题,成为亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供热能热转化效率高和蓄能效果好的一种中高温热蓄能容器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的一种中高温热蓄能容器,包括具有密封隔热壁的本体,其中:本体内腔中还设有一个密封的蓄热罐,所述蓄热罐与本体内壁之间形成一层热交换空腔,所述蓄热罐中充满蓄热介质溶盐,所述热交换空腔设有供导热介质循环流通的输入口和输出口。
上述的一种中高温热蓄能容器,所述本体的密封隔热壁包括金属外壳和隔热保温内壁。
上述的一种中高温热蓄能容器,所述蓄热罐设有可密封的进溶盐口。
上述的一种中高温热蓄能容器,所述隔热层内壁为硅酸盐或硅酸铝或玻璃棉材料构成。
本实用新型采用上述结构后,热交换空腔中的导热介质裹住蓄热罐,蓄热罐内的蓄热介质溶盐充份地从导热介质中吸热,其热能容量大、储热效率非常高和安全稳定;硅酸盐或硅酸铝或玻璃棉材料构成的整个储热容器,具有隔热保温效果好的技术效果,实现每24小时仅降低储热温度的3~5摄氏度。本实用新型的蓄热容器非常方便同用热循环系统有机的结合在一起,即能方便储热又不影响用热器正常工作。本实用新型还具有经济实用和结构简单的技术效果,特别适用于太阳能装置使用。

具体实施方式
参阅图1所示,一种中高温热蓄能容器,包括具有密封隔热壁的本体1,本体1的密封隔热壁包括金属外壳11和隔热保温内壁12,本体1内腔中还设有一个密封的蓄热罐2,金属蓄热罐2中充满蓄热介质溶盐,所述蓄热罐2与本体1内壁之间形成一层热交换空腔3,所述热交换空腔3设有供导热介质循环流通的输入口31和输出口32;蓄热罐2顶部设有可密封的进溶盐口21;隔热保温层内壁12为硅酸盐或硅酸铝或玻璃棉材料构成。
本实用新型在具体结合太阳能装置使用时,在正常日照条件下,将流经用热器的高温导热介质分流一小部分流经储热容器内的热交换空腔3中,与溶盐进行良好的热传导,溶盐进行吸热过程;在日照间断时,将启用储热容器内的热能,低温导热介质溶盐流经储热容器内,吸收溶盐内部的热量,此时溶盐进行放热过程。
以上所述的实施例仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式。如蓄热罐2是顶部或其它位置与蓄热容器6内壁固定,蓄热罐2采用导热性能好的金属材料。应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干结构的调整和改进,这些也应视为属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种中高温热蓄能容器,包括具有密封隔热壁的本体(1),其特征在于:所述本体(1)内腔中还设有一个密封的蓄热罐(2),所述蓄热罐(2)与本体(1)内壁之间形成一层热交换空腔(3),所述蓄热罐(2)中充满蓄热介质溶盐,所述热交换空腔(3)设有供导热介质循环流通的输入口(31)和输出口(32)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中高温热蓄能容器,其特征在于:所述本体(1)的密封隔热壁包括金属外壳(11)和隔热保温内壁(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种中高温热蓄能容器,其特征在于:所述蓄热罐(2)设有可密封的进溶盐口(21)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种中高温热蓄能容器,其特征在于:所述隔热保温内壁(12)为硅酸盐或硅酸铝或玻璃棉材料构成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种中高温热蓄能容器,其特征在于:所述蓄热罐(2)为金属材料构成。
