本实用新型涉及室外供电配电箱,具体涉及一种自降温配电箱。
背景技术
目前城区部分主要街道的电力线路均采用地下电缆线路敷设,如何将电能进行分配、投切,并送达到每个用户,则必须在电缆线路上安装各类电缆配电箱。电缆配电箱是将各种电器元件组装在一个箱体内的电器设备,一般安装在户外,由于受外界环境温度及自身元件发热的影响,在夏季高温季节会频繁出现配电箱内开关跳闸现象,影响了供电可靠性,而目前我们所采取的措施为:在用电高峰时期,将箱门打开,用电风扇进行降温,耗费了大量的人力、物力,只能是治标不治本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种自降温配电箱,采用半导体制冷模块,一般在配电箱内温度超过40摄氏度时,启动制冷,以改善配电箱内电器元件的工作条件。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:在电箱的配顶部安装制冷散热器,该制冷散热器包括热端轴流风扇、制冷散热层和冷端轴流风扇依次从上往下安装,所述的制冷散热层由制冷模块构成,在支架的两端面分别连接导热体和制冷片构成制冷模块。
本实用新型的自降温配电箱中,在制冷散热层的上下端面分别安装热端散热片和冷端散热片。
本实用新型的自降温配电箱中,制冷模块上包覆隔热层。
在夏季高温季节,启动制冷散热器,制冷模块的低温端通过制冷迅速降低控制柜内温度,制冷模块产生的热通过热端轴流风扇排出箱体外,如此循环使箱体内电器元件在适宜的环境中工作。
本实用新型体积小巧,拆装容易,成本低,散热效果良好并节能。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,在配电箱1的顶部安装制冷散热器2,该制冷散热器2包括热端轴流风扇3、制冷散热层4和冷端轴流风扇5依次从上往下安装,所述的制冷散热层4由一组制冷模块6构成,在支架7的两端面分别连接导热体8和制冷片9构成制冷模块6。
本实用新型的自降温配电箱中,在制冷散热层4的上下端面分别安装热端散热片10和冷端散热片11。
本实用新型的自降温配电箱中,制冷模块6上包覆隔热层12。
在夏季高温季节,启动制冷散热器,制冷模块的低温端通过制冷迅速降低控制柜内温度,制冷模块产生的热通过热端轴流风扇排出箱体外,如此循环使箱体内电器元件在适宜的环境中工作。

1.自降温配电箱,其特征在于:在配电箱(1)的顶部安装制冷散热器(2),该制冷散热器(2)包括热端轴流风扇(3)、制冷散热层(4)和冷端轴流风扇(5)依次从上往下安装,所述的制冷散热层(4)由制冷模块(6)构成,在支架(7)的两端面分别连接导热体(8)和制冷片(9)构成制冷模块(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自降温配电箱,其特征在于:在制冷散热层(4)的上下端面分别安装热端散热片(10)和冷端散热片(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自降温配电箱,其特征在于:制冷模块(6)上包覆隔热层(12)。
