背景技术
太阳能灯上用的储能部件-蓄电池,常用的多为方形,而且体积较大,安装太阳能灯时如何放置蓄电池成为各厂家需要考虑的问题。如果蓄电池地埋放置,安装复杂,不安全不防盗。蓄电池若放置在灯杆内,灯杆底部就需特制加工方形的蓄电池仓,不但增加了生产成本,而且灯杆不美观,影响市容。
发明内容
本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上不足之处,提供一种结构简单、生产成本低、安装简单、方便的一种太阳能灯专用蓄电池。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该蓄电池包括底盖、外套管和上盖,底盖和上盖之间六个圆柱形直流2V蓄电池通过五个连接件串联成总电压为12V的蓄电池,上盖的外侧设置有蓄电池的引出线。
所述的六个圆柱形直流2V蓄电池的外侧套有外套管。
本实用新型的一种太阳能灯专用蓄电池和现有技术相比,具有以下特点:
1)蓄电池形状是圆柱形,可放置在普通灯杆内,不需特制加工蓄电池仓;
2)安装简单、方便;
3)生产成本低。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
本实用新型的一种太阳能灯专用蓄电池,其结构包括底盖1、外套管2和上盖5,底盖1和上盖5之间六个圆柱形直流2V蓄电池4通过五个连接件3串联成总电压为12V的蓄电池,上盖5的外侧设置有蓄电池的引出线6。六个圆柱形直流2V蓄电池4串联后的总电压为12V,正好满足一般太阳能灯的工作电压,连接好的蓄电池外套管2直径小于灯杆的内径,可在不需要另外增加设备的情况下将蓄电池安装在灯杆内,不但不影响灯杆的外观,而且安全防盗性能好。
本实用新型的一种太阳能灯专用蓄电池其加工制作非常简单方便,按说明书附图所示加工制作即可。
除说明书所述的技术特征外,均为本专业技术人员的已知技术。

1、一种太阳能灯专用蓄电池,包括底盖、外套管和上盖,其特征在于底盖和上盖之间六个圆柱形直流2V蓄电池通过五个连接件串联成总电压为12V的蓄电池,上盖的外侧设置有蓄电池的引出线。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能灯专用蓄电池,其特征在于所述的六个圆柱形直流2V蓄电池的外侧套有外套管。
