本实用新型公开了一种纤维板钉,包括钉头和钉杆,该钉杆包括光杆段和螺纹段,在所述钉头下设有刮削齿,该刮削齿齿面呈弧形。在所述钉杆的光杆段上设有菱形滚花。在所述钉杆螺纹段的螺纹上设有锯齿,各螺纹的锯齿纵向排列形成排屑槽。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的纤维板钉由于在钉头下设有刮削齿,可以在攻入物体时在物体表面刮削形成下沉的沉孔,既可以增加纤维板钉的连接长度,又能使钉头下沉到沉孔内,外观更为美观。而在钉杆的光杆段设置的菱形滚花则可以提高螺钉在紧固后的抗拔出力。在螺纹上设置的锯齿可以减少纤维板钉攻入物体时的阻力。

技术领域
本实用新型属于一种螺钉,确切地说是涉及一种可在塑料上固定连接的纤维板钉。
背景技术
纤维板钉通常包括钉头的钉杆,在钉杆上设有自攻螺纹段和光杆段。该种纤维板钉在攻入塑料中时,钉头通常很难于沉入物体内,既减少了连接长度而影响连接强度,也不美观。此外纤维板钉在攻入过程中靠挤压旋入物体内,内部积屑无法排出,旋入阻力比较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种结构简单,连接强度高,阻力小的纤维板钉。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种纤维板钉,包括钉头和钉杆,该钉杆包括光杆段和螺纹段,在所述钉头下设有刮削齿,该刮削齿齿面呈弧形。
在所述钉杆的光杆段上设有菱形滚花。
在所述钉杆螺纹段的螺纹上设有锯齿,各螺纹的锯齿纵向排列形成排屑槽。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的纤维板钉由于在钉头下设有刮削齿,可以在攻入物体时在物体表面刮削形成下沉的沉孔,既可以增加纤维板钉的连接长度,又能使钉头下沉到沉孔内,外观更为美观。而在钉杆的光杆段设置的菱形滚花则可以提高螺钉在紧固后的抗拔出力。在螺纹上设置的锯齿可以减少纤维板钉攻入物体时的阻力。

参见图1、图2和图3,本实用新型的纤维板钉,包括钉头1和钉杆2,该钉杆包括光杆段3和螺纹段4,在所述钉头1下设有刮削齿5,该刮削齿5齿面呈弧形。
如图1、图5所示,在所述钉杆2的光杆段3上设有菱形滚花6。
如图1、图4所示,在所述钉杆螺纹段4的螺纹上设有锯齿7,各螺纹的锯齿7纵向排列形成排屑槽。
