一、技术领域
本实用新型属于电力设备技术领域,特别涉及一种三芯交联电缆热收缩中间接头。
二、背景技术
现有技术:近年来,随着经济高速发展,城市化进程加快,农网改造的深入开展、城网改造的启动,电力电缆在供电系统中的使用越来越广泛。在20世纪80年代,电力电缆制造技术得到更新,交联聚乙烯(XLPE)绝缘逐步取代了原有油纸绝缘并得到飞速发展,目前国内已能生产500kV电压等级的XLPE绝缘电力电缆。而作为电缆系统运行必需的电缆附件也随着电缆技术更新发展而飞速发展,近年来不断涌现各种新型的附件产品。10~35kV交联电缆附件中热缩型终端仍占有主导地位。但目前的热缩型终端由于结构存在不完善的地方,导致使用安全性低。
三、发明内容
技术问题:本实用新型针对上述技术缺陷,提供一种三芯交联电缆热收缩中间接头。
技术方案:本实用新型的技术解决方案为:一种三芯交联电缆热收缩中间接头,该中间接头设有三股线芯,三股线芯组成线芯束,线芯束包裹有PVC内护套,PVC内护套外包裹有钢甲铠装,钢甲铠装外设有PVC外护套。
所述线芯中心为金属导线,金属导线外依次包覆有导线屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层和铜屏蔽层。
有益效果:本实用新型简化了原有热缩型终端头结构的同时,提高了其在电力线路上实际应用时的安全性。

一种三芯交联电缆热收缩中间接头,该中间接头设有三股线芯1,三股线芯组成线芯束,线芯束包裹有PVC内护套2,PVC内护套外包裹有钢甲铠装3,钢甲铠装外设有PVC外护套4。线芯中心为金属导线5,金属导线外依次包覆有导线屏蔽层6、交联聚乙烯绝缘层7、绝缘屏蔽层8和铜屏蔽层9。

1.一种三芯交联电缆热收缩中间接头,其特征在于该中间接头设有三股线芯(1),三股线芯组成线芯束,线芯束包裹有PVC内护套(2),PVC内护套外包裹有钢甲铠装(3),钢甲铠装外设有PVC外护套(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三芯交联电缆热收缩中间接头,其特征在于所述线芯中心为金属导线(5),金属导线外依次包覆有导线屏蔽层(6)、交联聚乙烯绝缘层(7)、绝缘屏蔽层(8)和铜屏蔽层(9)。
