本实用新型是一种用于微波炉外罩的安全接地螺钉，包括螺钉头(1)和螺柱(2)，其特征在于所述螺钉头(1)为球面，其下平面上设有若干尖锥(3)。本实用新型由于采用螺钉头的下平面上设有若干尖锥的结构，在压接接地线到微波炉外罩时，接地螺钉头部的尖锥能够刺穿外罩表面的喷粉，使其与外罩板金接触良好，从而保证有效接地；另外，在紧固螺钉时尖锥由浅入深刺穿喷粉和外罩板金表面，尖锥因受力而产生了一定量的变形不但增大了摩擦力，而且不容易反方向滑出，能有效的防止螺钉松动。

本实用新型涉及一种安全接地螺钉，特别是一种用于微波炉外罩的安全接地螺钉。
背景技术
由于微波炉在市电下工作，因此，其外罩必须安全接地，因外罩表面喷有喷粉，普通螺钉不能满足接地要求，另外，微波炉在制造和运输中会出现振动和热收缩，因此用普通螺钉固定接地线到微波炉外罩上会产生松动现象，易产生漏电伤人等安全事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，能够保证接地效果，固定牢靠的用于微波炉外罩的安全接地螺钉，以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种用于微波炉外罩的安全接地螺钉，包括螺钉头和螺柱，其中所述螺钉头为球面，其下平面上设有若干尖锥。
上述尖锥呈三棱锥形。
本实用新型由于采用螺钉头的下平面上设有若干尖锥的结构，在压接接地线到微波炉外罩时，接地螺钉头部的尖锥能够刺穿外罩表面的喷粉，使其与外罩板金接触良好，从而保证有效接地；另外，在紧固螺钉时尖锥由浅入深刺穿喷粉和外罩板金表面，尖锥因受力而产生了一定量的变形不但增大了摩擦力，而且不容易反方向滑出，能有效的防止螺钉松动。
