背景技术
热轧钢卷在吊运、加工过程中，由于钢卷自身的弹性张力，尤其是厚规格的钢卷，捆带经常被拉断，拉断后，再对钢卷进行吊运等操作后，钢卷极易松卷，影响产品质量甚至造成废品。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单的在钢卷吊运过程中防止松卷的装置。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种防止松卷的装置，其特征在于，在钢丝绳外设有橡胶套管，将其在预吊运的钢卷外圈及中心通孔内径向缠绕一周，两端固定在吊钩上。
本实用新型的优点是：可有效减少钢卷捆带断带，防止钢卷在吊运过程中松卷现象。

具体实施方式
见图1，一种防止松卷的装置，在钢丝绳2外设有橡胶套管3，将钢丝绳2及套管3在预吊运的钢卷4外圈及中心通孔内径向缠绕一周，两端固定在吊钩1上。然后按最佳位置起吊即可。钢丝绳直径为28mm。
