本实用新型属于牙科临床用附着体,具体涉及一种沟槽式精密附着体,解决了现有技术中缺失牙长久未修复,造成修复困难的问题。沟槽式精密附着体,由套设于第三磨牙上的烤瓷全冠固位体、套设于第一磨牙上的第一磨牙固位体以及与第一磨牙固位体相连的位于缺失的第二磨牙上方的桥体,烤瓷全冠固位体上设置栓体,桥体上设置与栓体配合的栓道。本实用新型具有如下有益效果:适用于临床上第一、第二磨牙缺失未及时修复,第二、第三磨牙近中倾斜时,在修复的过程中更多地保存了健康牙组织,保护了活髓。

本实用新型属于牙科临床用附着体,具体涉及一种沟槽式精密附着体。
背景技术
在临床上,当缺失牙长久未修复,会出现基牙缺隙侧倾斜的情况,这给修复工作带来很大的困扰。而目前常用的将基牙拔髓后消除倒凹或将牙冠做松,以取得共同就位道都不是负责任的做法。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有技术中缺失牙长久未修复,造成修复困难的问题,提供了一种沟槽式精密附着体。
本实用新型采用如下的技术方案实现:
沟槽式精密附着体,其特征在于其由套设于第三磨牙上的烤瓷全冠固位体、套设于第一磨牙上的第一磨牙固位体以及与第一磨牙固位体相连的位于缺失的第二磨牙上方的桥体,烤瓷全冠固位体上设置栓体,桥体上设置与栓体配合的栓道。所述的栓体和栓道为T型。
第二磨牙缺失,前后基牙无共同就位道时,可将沟槽式精密附着体用于金属烤瓷联合固定桥的修复中。整个修复体为两部分,第三磨牙上的金属烤瓷冠体单独制作,在其近中邻面设置“T”型栓道并使其在全冠戴入后与第一磨牙有共同的就位道,第一磨牙上的烤瓷固位体与桥体相连,在桥体远中设置“T”型栓体,使之在戴入后可以和栓道紧密嵌合。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:临床上第一、第二磨牙缺失未及时修复,第二、第三磨牙近中倾斜时,在修复的过程中更多地保存了健康牙组织,保护了活髓。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
沟槽式精密附着体,其特征在于其由套设于第三磨牙2上的烤瓷全冠固位体3、套设于第一磨牙1上的第一磨牙固位体4以及与第一磨牙固位体4相连的位于缺失的第二磨牙上方的桥体5,烤瓷全冠固位体3上设置栓体6,桥体5上设置与栓体6配合的栓道7。栓体6和栓道7为T型。
将带有栓体的烤瓷全冠固位体放置于第三磨牙2上,然后慢慢戴入与带有栓道7的桥体5相连的第一磨牙固位体4,检查就位情况及边缘密合度以及栓道7、栓体6的嵌合情况,调整咬合,粘接时,先粘接带有栓体6的烤瓷全冠固位体3,放置于第三磨牙2上,然后再粘接第一磨牙固位体4,用活髓牙粘固剂粘固。基牙形态的预备与常规烤瓷牙牙体的预备方法相同,但不必考虑共同就位道,仅依据每个基牙的牙体长轴进行牙体预备即可。常规取膜灌制模型,制作临时冠,常规比色。

1、一种沟槽式精密附着体,其特征在于其由套设于第三磨牙(2)上的烤瓷全冠固位体(3)、套设于第一磨牙(1)上的第一磨牙固位体(4)以及与第一磨牙固位体(4)相连的位于缺失的第二磨牙上方的桥体(5),烤瓷全冠固位体(3)上设置栓体(6),桥体(5)上设置与栓体(6)配合的栓道(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的沟槽式精密附着体,其特征在于所述的栓体(6)和栓道(7)为T型。
