背景技术
近年来,PE-RT内管材广泛应用于地板辐射采暖管道系统,其所具有的质量轻、无毒、可再生利用、耐冲击性能高、耐腐蚀、气密性好、无热变形和抗老化性能好等优异的性能得到了高度认可。但锅炉房一般距建筑物较远,输送过程由于距离长热量损失大,从而降低了系统的节能效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种具有保温功能的PE-RT复合管技术方案,以克服现有技术中存在的问题。
所述的PE-RT复合管,包括中空的PE-RT内管,其特征在于PE-RT内管外表面复合设置发泡保温层。
所述的PE-RT复合管,其特征在于所述的发泡保温层采用发泡中密度聚乙烯,通过在PE-RT内管外表面涂覆发泡构成。
所述的PE-RT复合管,其特征在于所述的发泡保温层为蜂窝状结构。
上述的PE-RT复合管材设计新颖、构思合理,采用发泡保温层结构,保温性能优越,可有效防止输送热水在管道中散失热量,提高地板辐射采暖系统的取暖效果。

具体实施方式
现结合说明书附图,详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式:
如图所示为PE-RT复合管材,内层为中空的PE-RT内管1,PE-RT内管1外表面复合设置发泡保温层2,发泡保温层2为蜂窝状结构,蜂窝状结构的泡孔内有气体存在,使发泡保温层2导热系数较低,进一步改善保温性能。所述的发泡保温层2采用发泡中密度聚乙烯,通过在PE-RT内管1外表面涂覆发泡构成。所述PE-RT复合管材采取两步法的生产工艺:首先采取中密度聚乙烯为原料挤出PE-RT内管1,在初步冷却定型之后紧跟着对PE-RT内管1进行涂覆发泡构成发泡保温层2,发泡保温层2采用PE发泡配方,涂覆发泡后采取及时冷却定型的工艺使发泡保温层2外表面结皮,形成光滑的外表面,就可根据需要进行牵引切割。

1.PE-RT复合管,包括中空的PE-RT内管(1),其特征在于PE-RT内管(1)外表面复合设置发泡保温层(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的PE-RT复合管,其特征在于所述的发泡保温层(2)为蜂窝状结构。
