本实用新型涉及多孔砖,尤其是一种带有深槽,两侧槽内有保温材料的多孔砖。
背景技术
多孔砖是常用的建筑材料,常见的为多孔砖。既能减轻砖体的重量,又能起到保温作用。但是随着人们对节能建筑的需求,保温效果好的多孔砖越来越受到人们的重视,并已逐渐成为建筑领域主要墙体材料。如中国公开号为CN201047130Y的专利文献公开的复合保温空心砖,它是通过在砖体上设有通孔,两侧通孔内注入保温材料,达到阻热传导,从而达到保温的目的。它的缺点是:由于两端为通孔,在注入保温材料时,保温材料很容易从一端注入,从另一端流出,要阻止保温材料的流出,直到固化,操作十分麻烦,因此生产工效不高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型就是解决上述保温空心砖制作工效不高的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:复合保温多孔砖,砖体为方块状,砖体上设有若干个深槽,两侧深槽内是保温材料。
采用上述技术方案,注入保温材料时,由于深槽的底部一端是封闭的,这样保温材料就不会从另一端流出,因此能够快速注入保温材料,从而达到提高生产工效的目的。
上述保温材料为珍珠岩粉或聚苯颗粒、粉煤灰与粘结剂水泥构成。由于粉煤灰能够充填颗粒间隙,干结后颗粒间形成无数封闭的微孔,使热传导效果更好。
综上所述,本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单,保温效果好;同时由于制作时,只需注入保温材料,保温材料不会从另一端流出,因此大大地提高了制作的工效。

具体实施方式
本实用新型复合保温多孔砖,如图1所示,砖体为方块状,砖体上设有三排横向深槽2,两侧深槽2内是保温材料1,保温材料1为珍珠岩粉或聚苯颗粒、粉煤灰与粘结剂水泥构成。为增加砖体的强度,中间深槽为两个小方槽相邻构成。砌筑方式如图3所示,看见深槽的面向下相互叠压在一起。
