目前的瓦楞机，包括机架、瓦楞辊、瓦楞辊的安装座以及安装在机架上的吸风装置，其中吸风装置是固定安装在机架上，主要作用是将瓦楞纸吸附在瓦楞辊上，使瓦楞纸的瓦楞高度和瓦楞齿长度保持稳定。采用该结构的瓦楞机，在生产过程中，因变换产品品种需更换瓦楞辊时，固定安装在机架上的吸风装置的拆装和调整就大大加长了换楞辊的时间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无需拆卸吸风装置就可快速更换瓦楞辊的瓦楞机。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种可快速更换瓦楞辊的瓦楞机，包括机架、瓦楞辊、瓦楞辊的安装座以及安装在机架上的吸风装置，其特征在于：所述吸风装置可旋转的活动铰接在机架上。
所述吸风装置通过连接块可旋转的活动铰接在机架上。
本实用新型的积极效果：将吸风装置由固定安装改为活动铰接在机架上，这样，吸风装置就可以铰接点进行翻转，需要更换瓦楞辊时，将吸风装置翻转到外侧，把瓦楞辊、安装座取出后对瓦楞辊进行更换，更换完后，再把吸风装置翻转到原位即可，不需要拆卸和调整吸风装置，因此可以大大提高换瓦楞辊时间，从而提高工作效率。

实施方式：如图1、图2所示，本实用新型所述可快速更换瓦楞辊的瓦楞机，主要由机架1、瓦楞辊2、瓦楞辊3，安装两瓦楞辊的安装座4以及安装在机架1上的吸风装置5组成，其中吸风装置5可旋转的活动铰接在机架1上，为了安装方便，在吸风装置5上设有一连接块6，连接块6铰点在机架1上，使吸风装置5可以绕铰接点7旋转，换瓦楞辊时，把吸风装置5翻转到外侧(如图2所示)，更换完后，再把吸风装置5翻转到原位(如图1所示)。

1、一种可快速更换瓦楞辊的瓦楞机，包括机架、瓦楞辊、瓦楞辊的安装座以及安装在机架上的吸风装置，其特征在于：所述吸风装置可旋转的活动铰接在机架上。
