Abstract
一种射频同轴连接器,其包括管状的金属壳体、收容于金属壳体内的绝缘体、及收容于绝缘体内的中心端子,所述中心端子包括可与对接连接器端子电性连接的对接端、及与对接端相对设置的可与外部设备连接的安装端,所述中心端子还包括设置于对接端与安装端之间的固持部,所述固持部上设有固持平面,所述绝缘体上设有抵压平面,所述抵压平面与所述固持平面相配合。本实用新型射频同轴连接器,中心端子上的固持平面与绝缘体上的抵压平面相配合,从而可以承受较大的扭力。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种射频同轴连接器,尤其是关于该射频同轴连接器的承受较大扭力的结构。
【背景技术】
射频同轴连接器一般通过同轴线与外部设备进行连接,但为节省成本将同轴线省去,将原中心端子连接线缆的一端加工有螺纹而直接与外部设备进行螺纹连接,采用该种方法连接时,需要绝缘体与金属壳体之间及中心端子与绝缘体之间能够在扭力的作用下不发生转动。中国专利公开第CN101132086号揭示了一种射频同轴连接器,所述射频同轴连接器包括金属壳体、收容于金属壳体内的绝缘体、及收容于绝缘体内的中心端子,中心端子一端设有螺纹用以与外部设备相连接,所述金属壳体的内侧壁上开设有键槽,所述中心端子上设有滚花部,键槽可以防止绝缘体与金属壳体之间发生转动,滚花部可以防止中心端子与绝缘体之间发生转动。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可以承受较大扭力的射频同轴连接器。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种射频同轴连接器,其包括管状的金属壳体、收容于金属壳体内的绝缘体、及收容于绝缘体内的中心端子,所述中心端子包括可与对接连接器端子电性连接的对接端、及与对接端相对设置的可与外部设备连接的安装端,所述中心端子还包括设置于对接端与安装端之间的固持部,所述固持部上设有固持平面,所述绝缘体上设有抵压平面,所述抵压平面与所述固持平面相配合。
相较于现有技术,本实用新型射频同轴连接器的中心端子上设有固持平面,绝缘体上设有抵压平面,固持平面与抵压平面之间配合后可以使得中心端子能够承受较大的扭力。

【具体实施方式】
如图1至4所示,符合本实用新型的一种射频同轴连接器100,其包括金属壳体10、收容于金属壳体10内的绝缘体20、收容于绝缘体20内的中心端子30、前绝缘体40、后绝缘体50、及过盈环60。
所述金属壳体10是管状结构,金属壳体10的外侧面的前端设有对接螺纹11、后端设有法兰部12用以固持安装在外部设备上、金属壳体10的内侧壁上设有滚花部13、及位于滚花部13前端的凸起部14。
所述绝缘体20包括一对半圆柱体21,所述半圆柱体21设有侧平面及弧形面212,所述侧平面是抵压平面211。
所述中心端子30包括可与对接连接器端子电性连接的对接端31、与对接端31相对设置的并可与外部设备连接的安装端32、及设置于对接端31与安装端32之间的固持部33。所述安装端32上设有螺纹部321,用以与外部设备进行螺纹连接,所述安装端32延伸超出金属壳体10。所述固持部33上设有固持平面331,在本实施例中,所述固持部33上设有一对平行设置的固持平面331,所述一对固持平面331之间的距离小于中心端子30在该处的直径。
装配时,先将前绝缘体40设置于中心端子30的固持部33靠近对接端31的一端、将一对半圆柱体21的抵压平面211与一对固持平面331相配合,再将后绝缘体50设置于固持部33靠近安装端32的一端。再一起装入金属壳体10中,并使得前绝缘体40抵靠在凸起部14上,此时,一对半圆柱体21的弧形面212与滚花部13相干涉配合,最后装入过盈环60,过盈环60与金属壳体10的内侧壁相干涉并抵靠在后绝缘体50后侧上。从而将前绝缘体40、绝缘体20、后绝缘体50、及中心端子30固持收容在金属壳体中。抵压平面211与固持平面331之间的接触面积较大,从而使中心端子30可以承受较大的扭力。绝缘体20的外侧面较大,滚花部13可以使得绝缘体20与金属壳体10之间能够承受较大的扭力。
采用本实用新型射频同轴连接器100,中心端子30上设有的固持平面331与绝缘体20上的抵压平面211相配合,从而使得中心端子30能够承受较大的扭力。
Claims (9)
1.一种射频同轴连接器,其包括管状的金属壳体、收容于金属壳体内的绝缘体、及收容于绝缘体内的中心端子,所述中心端子包括可与对接连接器端子电性连接的对接端、及与对接端相对设置的可与外部设备连接的安装端,其特征在于:所述中心端子还包括设置于对接端与安装端之间的固持部,所述固持部上设有固持平面,所述绝缘体上设有抵压平面,所述抵压平面与所述固持平面相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述固持部上设有一对平行的固持平面,所述绝缘体包括一对半圆柱体,所述半圆柱体的侧平面是抵压平面。
3.如权利要求2所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述一对固持平面之间的距离小于中心端子在该处的直径。
4.如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体的内侧壁上设有滚花部,绝缘体与所述滚花部干涉配合。
5.如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述射频同轴连接器还设有前绝缘体及后绝缘体,前述绝缘体设置于前绝缘体与后绝缘体之间。
6.如权利要求5所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述金属壳体的内壁上设有台阶部,所述前绝缘体的前端抵靠在台阶部上。
7.如权利要求5所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述射频同轴连接器还设有过盈环,所述过盈环安装于后绝缘体的后侧并与金属壳体的内侧壁相干涉配合。
8.如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述安装端设有用以与外部设备相连接的螺纹。
9.如权利要求1所述的射频同轴连接器,其特征在于:所述安装端延伸超出金属壳体。
