背景技术
随着世界能源的日益紧张,风能、太阳能等新型能源受到广泛应用,它们既干净卫生不污染环境,又取之不尽用之不绝。目前的太阳能电池通常采用多个组件组合的方式,组成整个太阳能吸收系统,来吸收储藏太阳能,其中的各个太阳能电池组件之间需通过接线盒和导线来相互连接,而目前接线盒的设置通常是在太阳能电池组件的背面,裸露在外,再接上导线的话,看上去布置较为零乱,既不美观又不安全。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有隐式接线盒结构的太阳能电池组件,其通过将接线盒隐形设置,使各太阳能电池组件之间的连接布置简洁美观,也提高了安全性。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种具有隐式接线盒结构的太阳能电池组件,具有太阳能电池板、接线盒、电池板安装框架,太阳能电池板固定在电池板安装框架内,接线盒上连接导线,接线盒通过导线与太阳能电池板连接,所述的接线盒设置在电池板安装框架的边框内。
具体说,为使布置显得美观大方,所述的接线盒设置在电池板安装框架的侧边框内,而导线包括输入导线和输出导线,输入导线与太阳能电池板连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型将太阳能电池组件具有的接线盒设置在安装框架的边框内,相应的输入输出导线也随之设置于边框内布线,这样就使得整个太阳能电池组件看上去整洁美观,不显零乱。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的是一种具有隐式接线盒结构的太阳能电池组件,具有太阳能电池板1、接线盒3、电池板安装框架2,太阳能电池板1固定在电池板安装框架2内,接线盒3则设置在电池板安装框架2的侧边框内,接线盒2上连接导线4,导线4包括输入导线41和输出导线42,其中输入导线41与太阳能电池板1相连接,输出导线42可与其他的太阳能电池组件相连接,或者可将电能引至蓄电池储藏,由于接线盒3位于边框内,相应的导线4也可在边框内布置,这样从外观看,就显得整洁美观,不显零乱,同时导线4设置在电池板安装框架2的边框内,也提高了使用的安全性。

1.一种具有隐式接线盒结构的太阳能电池组件,具有太阳能电池板(1)、接线盒(3)、电池板安装框架(2),太阳能电池板(1)固定在电池板安装框架(2)内,接线盒(3)上连接有导线(4),接线盒(3)通过导线(4)与太阳能电池板(1)连接,其特征是:所述的接线盒(3)设置在电池板安装框架(2)的边框内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有隐式接线盒结构的太阳能电池组件,其特征是:所述的接线盒(3)设置在电池板安装框架(2)的侧边框内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有隐式接线盒结构的太阳能电池组件,其特征是:所述的导线(4)包括输入导线(41)和输出导线(42)。
