Abstract

一种连接件,其包括一冠部、一杆体及一设置于所述冠部与所述杆体之间尺寸较小的颈部,所述冠部朝向所述颈部的方向形成一导料部,所述杆体靠近所述颈部的一端设有一止挡面,所述导料部、颈部的侧壁及止挡面共同形成一凹槽,所述导料部相对所述颈部的侧壁呈一定的倾斜角度;由于所述冠部成型有一倾斜的导料部,从而当所述凹槽在受挤压时,所述导料部分散了所述凹槽的受挤压应力,从而有效的提高了所述连接件的铆接强度。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种连接件,特别涉及一种用于铆接操作的连接件。
背景技术
连接件通常被铆接固定于一工件,再将其它的工件连接于所述连接件,从而将两物品或工件连接。连接件通常包括一周缘设有若干咬合齿的冠部、一杆体及环绕设置于所述杆体和所述冠部之间且纵截面大致呈“ㄈ”形的凹槽。在铆接操作中,先将该连接件的杆体装入一工件的固定孔,再利用冲床将冠部压入该固定孔,使工件的固定孔周围的材料挤入所述凹槽内,从而将所述连接件固定于该工件,再通过螺钉或螺丝旋入该连接件的内螺纹孔而将其他工件连接于该工件。然而,由于凹槽呈“ㄈ”形,在使用过程中,所述冠部邻近所述凹槽的部位易造成应力集中,造成连接件的强度差,容易断裂。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种加强铆接强度的连接件。
一种连接件,其包括一冠部、一杆体及一设置于所述冠部与所述杆体之间尺寸较小的颈部,所述冠部朝向所述颈部的方向形成一导料部,所述杆体靠近所述颈部的一端设有一止挡面,所述导料部、颈部的侧壁及止挡面共同形成一凹槽,所述导料部相对所述颈部的侧壁呈一定的倾斜角度。
相较现有技术,本实用新型连接件的冠部成型有一倾斜的导料部,从而当所述凹槽在受挤压时,所述倾斜导料部分散了所述凹槽的受挤压应力,从而有效的提高了所述连接件的铆接强度。

具体实施方式
请参照图1,本实用新型连接件10的较佳实施方式用来铆接于一工件的固定孔,其沿轴向开设螺纹孔(图未示),以与螺钉或螺丝配合来将该工件与其它工件连接在一起。连接件10包括一冠部12、一杆体14及一设置于所述冠部12与所述杆体14之间尺寸较小的颈部13。
请结合参照图2,冠部12呈锥形,其沿着朝向颈部13的方向逐渐收缩,从而形成相对该颈部13侧壁呈一定倾斜角度的导料部120。在本实施方式中,导料部120与该颈部13的侧壁之间的倾斜角度大于90度。导料部120与该颈部13侧壁的连接处形成过渡圆角,以有效减少应力集中。
该杆体14大致呈圆柱状,其靠近颈部13的一端设有一止挡面140。在本实施方式中,该止挡面140与该颈部13侧壁相垂直。该止挡面140与该颈部13的侧壁的连接处形成过渡圆角,以有效减少应力集中。
冠部12的导料部120、颈部13及杆体14的止挡面140共同形成一凹槽16。
使用时,将连接件10的杆体14插入所述工件固定孔中,利用冲床的冲头挤压所述冠部12并将所述冠部12压入所述工件中。此时,所述工件的固定孔周围的部分材料被挤压入所述凹槽16内,被挤入所述凹槽16的材料分别被冠部12的导料部120及杆体14的止挡面140止挡。在此过程中,由于连接件10的导料部120为倾斜面,因此,分散了所述工件材料对凹槽16的挤压应力,从而有效的提高了连接件10的铆接强度。另外,在所述工件材料被挤入凹槽16时,所述工件材料的变形部分顺着所述导料部120被压入所述凹槽16,减少所述工件材料的变形阻力,从而减少了所述工件因挤压变形产生的毛刺。
显而易见,连接件10可以是进行铆接连接的螺柱、螺钉或螺栓等用于连接的元件。

  1. 【权利要求1】一种连接件,其包括一冠部、一杆体及一设置于所述冠部与所述杆体之间尺寸较小的颈部,所述冠部朝向所述颈部的方向形成一导料部,所述杆体靠近所述颈部的一端设有一止挡面,所述导料部、颈部的侧壁及止挡面共同形成一凹槽,其特征在于:所述导料部相对所述颈部的侧壁呈一定的倾斜角度。
  2. 【权利要求2】如权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述连接件可以是螺柱、螺钉或螺栓中的任何一种。
  3. 【权利要求3】如权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述冠部呈锥形,所述导料部沿着朝向所述颈部的方向逐渐收缩。
  4. 【权利要求4】如权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述导料部与所述颈部的侧壁之间的倾斜角度大于90度。
  5. 【权利要求5】如权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述止挡面与所述颈部的侧壁相垂直。
  6. 【权利要求6】如权利要求1所述的连接件,其特征在于:所述导料部与所述颈部的侧壁的连接处以及所述止挡面与所述颈部的侧壁的连接处分别形成有过渡圆角。
