背景技术
在轻钢结构建筑的施工中，梁与柱的连接通常是采用焊接方式连接，结构整体连接较为麻烦，不便于快速安装。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种轻钢结构房屋梁与柱的连接件，使梁与柱能快速、简捷地连接，实现轻钢结构房屋结构的现场快装。
本实用新型由柱连接固接槽、凸形滑道、固接槽螺孔、梁连接件、凹形滑槽、梁连接件螺孔、梁连接扣台构成，本实用新型使用时，先将柱连接固接槽的背面焊接在立柱上，将方钢梁通过梁连接扣台扣接在梁连接件上，将扣接好的带梁连接件的方钢通过凸形滑道与凹形滑槽的衔接使连接件滑插进柱连接固接槽内，用螺丁通过四组固接槽螺孔及梁连接件螺孔将梁连接件和柱连接固接槽连接成一体，从而完成快速轻钢结构梁与柱的连接。

如附图1所示，本实用新型由柱连接固接槽1、凸形滑道2、固接槽螺孔3、梁连接件4、凹形滑槽5、梁连接件螺孔6、梁连接扣台7构成，其中凸形滑道2有两条，分别在柱连接固接槽1的内侧壁上，固接槽螺孔3有四个，分两组开在凸形滑道2上，凹形滑槽5有两个，分别在梁连接件4的外侧壁上，梁连接件螺孔6有四个，分两组开在凹形滑槽5上，梁连接扣台7为梁连接件4外缘的一个突起的方形框，用于扣接轻钢方型梁。
如附图2所示，本实用新型使用时，先将柱连接固接槽1的背面焊接在立柱8上，将方钢梁9通过梁连接扣台7扣接在梁连接件4上，将扣接好的带梁连接件4的方钢通过凸形滑道2与凹形滑槽5的衔接使连接件4滑插进柱连接固接槽1内，用螺丁通过四组固接槽螺孔3及梁连接件螺孔6将梁连接件4和柱连接固接槽1连接成一体，从完成形成快速轻钢结构梁与柱的连接。

如附图2先将柱连接固接槽1的背面焊接在立柱8上，将方钢梁9通过梁连接扣台7扣接在梁连接件4上，将扣接好的带梁连接件4的方钢通过凸形滑道2与凹形滑槽5的衔接使连接件4滑插进柱连接固接槽1内，用螺丁通过四组固接槽螺孔3及梁连接件螺孔6将梁连接件4和柱连接固接槽1连接成一体，从完成形成快速轻钢结构梁与柱的连接。
本实用新型具有安装快捷、连接稳固等特点，可实现轻钢结构房屋的现场快装。

1.一种轻钢结构房屋梁与柱的连接件，其特征在于：连接件由柱连接固接槽(1)、凸形滑道(2)、固接槽螺孔(3)、梁连接件(4)、凹形滑槽(5)、梁连接件螺孔(6)、梁连接扣台(7)构成，其中凸形滑道(2)有两条，分别在柱连接固接槽(1)的内侧壁上，固接槽螺孔(3)有四个，分两组开在凸形滑道(2)上，凹形滑槽(5)有两个，分别在梁连接件(4)的外侧壁上，梁连接件螺孔(6)有四个，分两组开在凹形滑槽(5)上，梁连接扣台(7)为梁连接件(4)外缘的一个突起的方形框，用于卡接轻钢方型梁。
