在选煤工业中，振动筛是一种常用设备。该设备是在两台振动电机的动力作用下工作，其振幅较大。设备上使用的传统筛板是一种标准备件，制作比较简单，没有加固防护措施，振动时，筛网的颤抖频率很高，筛板四角的安装位经常由于材料疲劳而破损或断裂，致使较大的煤块或矿渣掉入成品中，影响产品的质量，有时还会损坏输送皮带，影响设备的正常运转。
