本实用新型要求保护的技术方案属节能环保领域的空调制冷采暖行业。尤其是一种以CO2为工作介质进行再生循环的CO2节能空调装置。
背景技术
现有空调设备是以水蒸气供热,制冷机氟里昂或溴化锂工质的循环利用,其存在较多缺陷和不足:(一)水蒸气需安锅炉燃煤加热浪费资源;(二)溴化锂工质制冷价格太高,加大制造成本;(三)氟类化学材料禁用,因其破坏臭氧层,污染生态环境。
发明内容
为克服现有设备的不足,本实用新型提供一种CO2节能空调装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采取的技术方案是:利用CO2作为介质的制冷剂。以水作为吸收剂,从蒸发器来的低温CO2气体在吸收器内冷凝成液体,冷过程放出来的热水被变成冷却水具制冷功能。形成的CO2液体经压力泵进入发生器,被加热又经减压阀回流入吸收器,完成内循环。水经蒸发-冷凝完成其外循环。参阅附图解释以上技术方案:CO2吸收器(1),连CO2压力泵(2),连CO2发生器(3),连CO2减压阀(4)完成CO2内循环。水冷凝器(5)联接节流阀(6),经管道进入蒸发器(7))完成水循环。整个空调制冷装置的热能利用系数由tt表示,Q代表加热量,组成一套以CO2为工质的节能空调装置。
本实用新型的技术效果是:CO2工质的空调制冷放热,节约能源,保护环境,治理污染,符合产业政策,有利于持续发展,将产生积极的技术效果,广泛应用于机关、厂矿和家庭。
