本实用新型公开一种LED模组单元，包括电路板，所述电路板上设有LED和排线；所述电路板上设有一层一次性注塑成型的塑胶本体，所述塑胶本体与所述电路板、LED和排线无缝接合并成为一整体，所述塑胶本体中上设有安装螺丝孔和LED反光面。不仅节省了对LED模组单元再配光的成本，而且也简化了LED模组单元的制造工艺。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及LED灯的模组。
背景技术
目前，LED因其节能、环保、长寿命等诸多优点而被越来越广泛地应用于各种照明领域，LED照明模组就是其中一种，它现有的最新结构就是以注塑的工艺成型，但由于现有结构中的发光源的外形(LED)都是高出此模组主体平面的，如果需要配光就必须增加复杂的光学配件。如中国专利专利号为200720048682.9的一种新型LED灯串，包括排线、多个线路板、固定螺钉，线路板上设有LED灯，固定螺钉上部压紧在线路板的电源连接点、下端穿过排线的外表绝缘层与导线接触；线路板外部还设有一次性注塑成型的密封保护盒，在保护盒的侧壁设有延伸的安装固定U形座，密封保护盒与线路板和排线成型为整体，LED灯上部外露出密封保护盒的上面。上述专利中的密封保护盒上没有螺钉固定孔，需要外设延伸，增加了工艺制造的麻烦，另外所述密封保护盒上也没有反光面，要对线路板上的LED灯进行配光处理，需要增加复杂的光学配件，成本增加的同时也浪费了人力。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED模组单元，LED模组单元上的塑胶本体为一次性注塑成型，且塑胶本体上设有安装螺丝孔和LED反光面，不仅节省了对LED模组单元再加工的成本，而且也简化了LED模组单元的制造工艺。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种LED模组单元，包括电路板，所述电路板上设有LED和排线，其特征在于：所述电路板周围设有一层一次性注塑成型的塑胶本体，所述塑胶本体与所述电路板、LED和排线无缝接合并成为一整体，所述塑胶本体中上设有安装螺丝孔和LED反光面。
作为改进，所述LED为贴片式LED，且数量≥1。利用贴片式LED可使得LED模组单元厚度变得更薄，同时也节省了注塑所需要的材料。
作为改进，所述安装螺丝孔位于所述塑胶本体中心，所述LED反光面位于所述LED上部。每个LED均配有LED反光面，LED反光面可以对LED进行配光处理，省去了复杂的配光器件再对模组单元中的LED进行配光处理。
作为改进，所述LED反光面为圆锥形且与所述塑胶本体高度相平或者略低于塑胶本体高度。对LED模组单元中的LED发出来的光作最优化处理。
本实用新型与现有技术相比所带来的有益效果是：
LED模组单元上的塑胶本体为一次性注塑成型，塑胶本体上设安装有螺丝孔，安装时更方便，不需要再增加外部固定装置就可以把LED模组单元固定；塑胶本体上设有LED反光面，不仅节省了对LED模组单元再配光的成本，而且也简化了LED模组单元的制造工艺。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图2所示，一种LED模组单元，包括电路板6，所述电路板6上设有4个贴片式LED2和排线。所述电路板6上覆盖有一层一次性注塑成型的塑胶本体4，所述塑胶本体4与所述电路板6、贴片式LED2和排线3无缝接合并成为一整体，所述塑胶本体4注塑成型后带有安装螺丝孔1和LED反光面5。所述的安装螺丝孔1位于塑胶本体4中心，4个贴片式LED2分别位于电路板6的四个角，所述的LED反光面5为圆锥形凹面，其所在位置分别对应电路板6上的4个贴片式LED2，并对LED模组单元上的每个LED灯作配光处理。
如图1所示，在上述的每个LED模组单元上固定焊接上贴片式LED2和排线3，并把多个LED模组单元通过排线连接起来形成LED模组串，然后再将串连起来的LED模组单元依次放入注塑机进行密封处理，注塑成型后，塑胶本体4、贴片式LED2、排线3成为一体，具有良好的防水性。LED模组串安装固定时，可通过LED模组单元上设有的安装螺丝孔1将每个LED模组单元固定，从而把整个LED模组串固定。

Claims (4)

1.一种LED模组单元，包括电路板，所述电路板上设有LED和排线，其特征在于：所述电路板周围设有一层一次性注塑成型的塑胶本体，所述塑胶本体与所述电路板、LED和排线无缝接合并成为一整体，所述塑胶本体中上设有安装螺丝孔和LED反光面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED模组单元，其特征在于：所述LED为贴片式LED，且数量≥1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED模组单元，其特征在于：所述安装螺丝孔位于所述塑胶本体中心，所述LED反光面位于所述LED上部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LED模组单元，其特征在于：所述LED反光面为圆锥形且与所述塑胶本体高度相平或者略低于塑胶本体高度。
