本实用新型涉及车辆减震弹簧,尤其是一种摩托车减震弹簧。它由碳素钢丝绕制而成,弹簧的线径A为6.5mm~7.2mm,弹簧外径B为Φ50mm~Φ55mm,弹簧高度C为190mm~210mm,两端小节距t1为11mm~13mm,中间节距t2为17mm~21mm,弹簧端圈磨面角度为270°~330°。它有两种节距尺寸,因而具有两种刚度特性,能够随着载重的大小或路面的颠簸调节缓冲力度,从而控制用户乘坐的舒适性;两端由小节距组成,可使负荷均匀传递,提高了抗冲击性能;且该弹簧选用优质的碳素钢丝并经自动生产线加工而成,生产效率高,产品缺陷率低,其制造成本同国外同类弹簧相比,要降低很多。

本实用新型涉及车辆减震弹簧,尤其是一种摩托车减震弹簧。
背景技术
摩托车减震弹簧主要起到减震、缓冲的作用,但随着摩托车使用的普及和用户对摩托车行驶性能要求的提高,原有的等节距弹簧在负荷较小或较大时,减震性能不佳,它的减震、缓冲作用已满足不了用户乘坐舒适这一要求,且国外的减震弹簧一般制造成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为了解决摩托车在行驶中弹簧的减震性能不佳,减震、缓冲作用满足不了用户乘坐舒适这一要求的问题,本实用新型提供了一种摩托车减震弹簧。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种摩托车减震弹簧,由碳素钢丝绕制而成的圆柱右旋压缩弹簧,弹簧的线径A为6.5mm~7.2mm,弹簧外径B为Φ50mm~Φ55mm,弹簧高度C为190mm~210mm,弹簧两端小节距t1为11mm~13mm,弹簧中间节距t2为17mm~21mm,弹簧端圈磨面角度为270°~330°。
本实用新型的有益效果是:该弹簧由两种节距尺寸,因而具有两种刚度特性,能够随着载重的大小或路面的颠簸调节缓冲力度,从而控制用户乘坐的舒适性;两端由小节距组成,可使负荷均匀传递,提高了抗冲击性能;且该弹簧由优质的碳素钢丝并经自动生产线加工而成,生产效率高,产品缺陷率低,其制造成本同国外同类弹簧相比,降低了很多。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示,一种摩托车减震弹簧,用优质碳素钢丝经绕制、去应力回火、两端圈闭合磨平、表面喷丸强化、强压立定处理、稳定性回火等步骤组成。右旋方向,总圈数14.5±0.25,有效圈数12.0,线径A为6.5mm~7.2mm,弹簧外径B为Φ50mm~Φ55mm,弹簧高度C为190mm~210mm,弹簧两端小节距t1为11mm~13mm,弹簧中间节距t2为17mm~21mm,弹簧端圈磨面角度为270°~330°,材料表面硬度为HRC45~48,金相组织为均匀的回火屈氏体,弹簧端圈必须是闭合全,并与邻圈紧贴,允许间隙不大于0.3mm,两端支承面的长度不小于端圈圆周长的3/4,端头厚度不小于0.8mm,弹簧需经喷丸强化处理,弹簧疲劳寿命不小于30万次,每个弹簧至少作三次短暂强压立定处理,其永久变形不得大于自由高度的0.3%,弹簧的刚度公差不大于±8%,弹簧最后需经电泳漆处理,NASS试验196小时,表面不生红锈。

1.一种摩托车减震弹簧,其特征是:由碳素钢丝绕制而成的圆柱右旋压缩弹簧,弹簧的线径A为6.5mm~7.2mm,弹簧外径B为Φ50mm~Φ55mm,弹簧高度C为190mm~210mm,弹簧两端小节距t1为11mm~13mm,弹簧中间节距t2为17mm~21mm,弹簧端圈磨面角度为270°~330°。
