本实用新型涉及一种去毛刺的超声波装置,具体说是一种激光钢网超声波纯水去毛刺设备。它由水槽、纯水、超声波振动盒、密封圈、矩形环垫组成,其设计结构是:在一只水槽的底部开设一个开口,在开口上安装一只超声波振动盒,水槽与超声波振动盒的连接为法兰结构,其之间隔夹密封圈;在水槽内放置一个用于放激光钢网的矩形环垫,将激光钢网与水槽底部隔离。本实用新型的有益效果是:此技术对环境没有污染。

背景技术
在国内激光钢网生产行业中,激光钢网上的孔由激光打孔完成,打孔后的激光钢网其孔中存在着毛刺,需清理。目前常用的清除方法为化学浸泡去毛刺,这方法有缺点,废液对环境有污染,需处理。
发明内容
超声波产生的超声能量作用于液体里振动处于稀疏状态的液体时,会撕裂成很小的空穴(即内部是真空的)这些空穴在破裂的时候会产生高达几百个大气压的瞬间压力,而这种现象既称为空化现象。本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处而提供一种利用空化现象产生的几百个大气压的瞬间冲击力把激光钢网孔中存在着毛刺清除干净。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是以如下方式完成的:一种用于清除激光钢网孔中毛刺的超声波装置由水槽、纯水、超声波振动盒、密封圈、矩形环垫组成,其设计结构是:在一只水槽的底部开设一个开口,在开口上安装一只超声波振动盒,水槽与超声波振动盒的连接为法兰结构,其之间隔夹密封圈;在水槽内放置一个用于放激光钢网的矩形环垫,将激光钢网与水槽底部隔离。
使用时,在水槽中内盛入纯水,将矩形环垫放入水槽中,在矩形环垫上放置激光钢网,使激光钢网悬空在超声波振动盒的上方,启动超声波振动盒,发出超声波,使超声波在水槽中产生空化现象,并利用“空化现象”产生的几百个大气压的瞬间冲击力把附着在激光钢网孔上的毛刺清除干净。
本实用新型的有益效果是:此技术对环境没有污染。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种用于清除激光钢网孔中毛刺的超声波装置由水槽1、纯水2、超声波振动盒3、密封圈4、矩形环垫5组成,其设计结构是:在一只水槽1的底部设一个开口11,在开口11上安装一只超声波振动盒3,水槽1与超声波振动盒3的连接为法兰结构,其之间隔夹密封圈4;在水槽1内放置一个用于放激光钢网的矩形环垫5,将激光钢网6与水槽1的底部隔离。
使用时,在水槽1中内盛入纯水2,将装有激光钢网6的矩形环垫5放入水槽1中,在矩形环垫5上放置激光钢网6,使激光钢网6悬空在超声波振动盒3的上方,启动超声波振动盒3,发出超声波,使超声波在水槽1中产生空化现象,并利用“空化现象”产生的几百个大气压的瞬间冲击力把附着在激光钢网6的孔中毛刺清除干净。

1、一种激光钢网超声波纯水去毛刺设备由水槽(1)、纯水(2)、超声波振动盒(3)、密封圈(4)、矩形环垫(5)组成,其特征在于:在一只水槽(1)的底部设一个开口(11),在开口(11)上安装一只超声波振动盒(3),水槽(1)与超声波振动盒(3)的连接为法兰结构,其之间隔夹密封圈(4);在水槽(1)内放置一个用于放激光钢网(6)的矩形环垫(5),将激光钢网(6)与水槽(1)的底部隔离。
