本实用新型公开了骶髂关节二维内固定器,包括骶椎弓根拉力钉和与骶椎弓根拉力钉连接的连杆,骶椎弓根拉力钉包括钉棒和棒套,连杆上连接有万向加压横连接杆;这样手术时既通过髂骨板置入骶椎弓根拉力钉,又在髂后棘置人加压横连接杆并与另一侧髂骨板固定,由于加压横连接杆把双侧髂骨板加压固定,由于加压横连接杆对两侧髂骨板的固定,提高了抗垂直剪切力,减少了卧床保养时间,增进了康复能力,在人们移动不小心时,降低了固定位松动或错位的风险,提高了内固定器的牢固度和稳定性。另外本实用新型结构简单,创面小;因此本实用新型是一种抗垂直剪切力较好,固定位的牢固度和稳定性较高,结构简单,微创和手术方便的骶髂关节内固定器。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及骨髂内固定器,具体涉及骶髂关节二维内固定器。
背景技术
骨髂内固定器是用于骨髂的骨折或脱位的固定,骶髂关节内固定器是对腰椎骶段骶髂关节的骨折或脱位的固定。目前骶髂关节内固定器常用的有骶椎弓根钉或万向骶椎弓根钉、骶椎弓根拉力钉或万向骶椎弓拉力根钉和重建钢板或是它们的组合,组合时需要连杆或钢构连接。骶椎弓根钉和骶椎弓根拉力钉的结构都包括钉棒和棒套,钉棒与棒套为一体结构或螺接,骶椎弓根钉与骶椎弓根拉力钉的区别为骶椎弓根钉的钉棒为全螺纹,骶椎弓根拉力钉的钉棒为加粗半螺纹。如中国专利公告号为201073333,授权公告日为2008年6月18日,名称为骶骨关节解剖型钢板内固定装置的实用新型,就公开了由骶骨螺钉(相当于骶椎弓根钉或骶椎弓根拉力钉)、万向活动螺钉(相当于万向骶椎弓根钉或万向骶椎弓根拉力钉)、骶骨支持棒(相当于连杆)和连接钢板组成的内固定装置,连接钢板上设有两排以上钉孔,而骶骨螺钉要通过连接件才与骶骨支持棒连接。该实用新型由于连接钢板的设置,虽然与骨盆固定较牢固,但是只是单侧固定,这样抗垂直剪切力较差,病人不能早期移动,需较长时期的卧床小心保养,长期卧床不动易导致诸多并发症,在病人移动不小心时,会造成固定位松动或错位等不牢固、不稳定现象,不利于康复。该实用新型中连接钢板上设有两排以上钉孔,手术创面大,手术时间增长,给病带来痛苦;而骶骨螺钉要通过连接件才与骶骨支持棒连接也增加了手术时间。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗垂直剪切力较好,固定位的牢固度和稳定性较高,结构简单,微创和手术方便的骶髂关节二维内固定器。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:骶髂关节二维内固定器,包括骶椎弓根拉力钉和与所述骶椎弓根拉力钉连接的连杆,所述骶椎弓根拉力钉包括钉棒和棒套,所述连杆上连接有万向加压横连接杆。
所述万向加压横连接杆包括万向杆和杆套,所述万向杆与所述杆套插接,所述杆套上设置有凹槽,所述连杆嵌设在所述凹槽内,所述凹槽中螺接有凹槽内螺栓,所述万向杆螺接有螺栓。
于所述万向杆为同轴中空的万向杆。
所述棒套上设有U型槽,所述连杆嵌设在所述U型槽内,所述U型槽中螺接有U型槽内螺栓。
所述钉棒为同轴中空的钉棒。
本实用新型中骶椎弓根拉力钉也可以用骶椎弓根钉或万向骶椎弓根拉力钉替代。
若是双侧骶髂关节同时骨折脱位时,也可以用本实用新型在对侧手术置入另一骶椎弓根拉力钉,通过另一连杆与上述的加压横连杆相互连接,上述的加压横连杆的螺栓也用杆套替代较好,以方便连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:骶髂关节二维内固定器,包括骶椎弓根拉力钉和与骶椎弓根拉力钉连接的连杆,骶椎弓根拉力钉包括钉棒和棒套,连杆上连接有万向加压横连接杆;这样手术时即通过髂骨板置入骶椎弓根拉力钉,又在髂后棘置人加压横连接杆并与另一侧髂骨板固定,由于加压横连接杆把双侧髂骨板加压固定,从目前的骶骨螺钉和骶骨支持棒组成的一维空间固定扩大到骶椎弓根拉力钉和加压横连接杆组成的二维空间固定,在骶髂关节周围不同角度形成一整体固定达到牢固和稳定的作用,固定后生物力学测定基本达到正常水平。在原来固定的基础上增加了加压横连接杆的稳定与牢固固定,提高了抗垂直剪切力,减少了卧床保养时间,增进了康复能力,在人们移动不小心时,降低了固定位松动或错位的风险,提高了内固定器的牢固度和稳定性。另外本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,固定位较少,使创面也相应减少,提高了手术速度,节约了手术时间。因此本实用新型是一种抗垂直剪切力较好,固定位的牢固度和稳定性较高,结构简单、手术方便的骶髂关节内固定器。万向加压横连接杆包括万向杆和杆套,万向杆与杆套插接,杆套上设置有凹槽,连杆嵌设在凹槽内,凹槽中螺接有凹槽内螺栓,万向杆螺接有螺栓,这样手术时连杆与万向加压横连接杆之间安装和折下方便,节约手术时间。棒套上设有U型槽,连杆嵌设在U型槽内,U型槽中螺接有U型槽内螺栓,也有利于手术时连杆与骶椎弓根拉力钉之间安装和折下方便,节约手术时间。同轴中空的万向杆和钉棒,使骶椎弓根拉力钉和加压横连接杆沿导向针置入方便,提高了手术速度,损伤也减小。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示的骶髂关节二维内固定器,包括骶椎弓根拉力钉1、连杆2和万向加压横连接杆3,骶椎弓根拉力钉1由棒套11和同轴中空的钉棒12组成,棒套11上设有U型槽111和U型槽内螺栓113,万向加压横连接杆3包括杆套31和同轴中空的万向杆32,万向杆32插接在杆套31中,杆套31上设置有凹槽311和凹槽内螺栓313,连杆2分别嵌设在U型槽111和凹槽311内,并各自用U型槽内螺栓113固定螺栓和凹槽内螺栓313固定连杆2万向杆32螺接有螺栓33,螺栓33把万向杆32与另一侧的髂骨板固定。
本实用新型在手术时,左右两侧切口各2cm左右,把骶椎弓根拉力钉1从髂骨板置入,髂后棘置人加压横连接杆3并与另一侧髂骨板固定,再用连杆2把骶椎弓根拉力钉1与万向加压横连接杆3连接,由于万向杆32可以调节角度,其与钉棒12形成二维空间固定,这样使固定器固定更牢固,同时在人们移动不小心时,由于万向加压横连接杆3的稳定作用,损伤的骶髂关节抗垂直剪切力较好。
若是双侧骶髂关节同时骨折脱位时,可以实施例1的基础上,在另一侧也用手术置入另一骶椎弓根拉力钉,通过另一连杆与上述的加压横连杆相互连接,上述的加压横连杆的螺栓也用上述杆套替代,以方便连接。

Claims (5)

1、骶髂关节二维内固定器,包括骶椎弓根拉力钉和与所述骶椎弓根拉力钉连接的连杆,所述骶椎弓根拉力钉包括钉棒和棒套,其特征在于所述连杆上连接有万向加压横连接杆。
2、如权利要求1所述的骶髂关节二维内固定器,其特征在于所述万向加压横连接杆包括万向杆和杆套,所述万向杆与所述杆套插接,所述杆套上设置有凹槽,所述连杆嵌设在所述凹槽内,所述凹槽中螺接有凹槽内螺栓,所述万向杆螺接有螺栓。
3、如权利要求2所述的骶髂关节二维内固定器,其特征在于所述万向杆为同轴中空的万向杆。
4、如权利要求1所述的骶髂关节二维内固定器,其特征在于所述棒套上设有U型槽,所述连杆嵌设在所述U型槽内,所述U型槽中螺接有U型槽内螺栓。
5、如权利要求1或4所述的骶髂关节二维内固定器,其特征在于所述钉棒为同轴中空的钉棒。
