背景技术
目前,传统的燃料能源正在一天天减少,对环境造成的危害日益突出,同时全球还有 20亿人得不到正常的能源供应。这个时候,全世界都把目光投向了可再生能源,希望可再 生能源能够改变人类的能源结构,维持长远的可持续发展。这之中太阳能以其独有的优势 而成为人们重视的焦点。丰富的太阳辐射能是重要的能源,是取之不尽、用之不竭的、无 污染、廉价、人类能够自由利用的能源。太阳能每秒钟到达地面的能量高达80万千瓦, 假如把地球表面0.1%的太阳能转为电能,转变率5%,每年发电量可达5.6x1012千瓦小时, 相当于@前世界上能耗的40倍。
虽然太阳能是最为丰富的可再生能源资源,然而太阳能发电的高成本一直是大规模开 发利用的障磚,降低太阳能发电成本是前沿课题,能否经济高效利用太阳能的关键在于提 高太阳能的光电转换效率。世界各国都将提高太阳能发电效率,降低太阳能发电成本,作 为科学研究以及产业化的前沿工作。
聚光型太阳能电池是通过聚光器使较大面积的阳光聚在一个较小的范围内,形成"焦 带"或"焦斑",即线型聚光或点型聚光,以增加光强,克服太阳辐射能流密度低的缺陷, 从而获得更多的电能输出;然而现有技术中的线型聚光的光电转化率较低,点型聚光在太 阳入射角变化的情况下,会产生太阳光斑的象差,影响光电转化率。
实用新型内容本实用新型的目的在于提供一种在太阳入射角变化的情况下,能消除太阳光斑的象差 的、光电转化率较高的、生产成本低的聚光型太阳能电池组件。
^T现本实用新型目的的技术方案是:聚光型太阳能电池组件,具有聚光镜和设置在聚 光镜内的PN结;所述PN结为球形,PN结的内部球体为P区,外部覆盖层为N区,内部 球体下部电连接有正电极,正电极下端穿过聚光镜并设置在聚光镜底部,外部覆盖层与聚 光镜电连接,聚光镜兼做负电极。
上述聚光型太阳能电池组件的聚光镜上部开口端的外轮廓为六边形。
上述聚光型太阳能电池组件的聚光镜外轮廓六边形外接圆直径与PN结最大直径之比 为2.2〜2.7: 1。
本实用新型具有以下特点:O)本实用新型的PN结为球形,能最大程度的接收太阳 光,并且在太阳入射角变化的情况下,能消除太阳光斑的象差,PN结表面的反射光被再 次反射到表面,减少表面反射产生的光损失,增加电流,同时PN结下半部接也能受光照 射,防止因阴影引起的电压下降,大大提高了光电转化率。(2)本实用新型的PN结为球 形,不需切片,材料损失大幅度减少,材料的使用量是结晶硅电池的五分之一,降低了生 产成本;(3)本实用新型的聚光镜上部开口端的外轮廓为六边形,便于阵列组装,且连接 牢固;(4)本实用新型的聚光镜兼做负电极,而正电极设置在聚光镜底部,便于在阵列组 装时的电连接,设计合理巧妙。

见图3,本实用新型在组成发电方阵时可将各聚光型太阳能电池组件的聚光镜1外轮 廓边缘进行焊接,从而形成蜂窝状的阵列电池板,连接牢固紧密,同时发电方阵的组成是 通过对聚光镜1外轮廓边缘进行焊接,使得阵列电池板兼具薄膜电池的柔性、可弯曲性 的特征;而聚光镜l兼做负电极,正电极设置在聚光镜1的底部,也使得各聚光型太阳能 电池组件的电连接十分的方便。

1、一种聚光型太阳能电池组件,具有聚光镜(1)和设置在聚光镜(1)内的PN结(2);其特征在于:所述PN结(2)为球形,PN结(2)的内部球体(21)为P区,外部覆盖层(22)为N区,内部球体(21)下部电连接有正电极(3),正电极(3)下端穿过聚光镜(1)并设置在聚光镜(1)底部,外部覆盖层(22)与聚光镜(1)电连接,聚光镜(1)兼做负电极。
