本实用新型涉及一种刚毛砖组件,尤其涉及一种用于自动裁剪机的刚毛砖组件。
背景技术
目前,在传统的自动裁剪机裁床平台中,裁刀在由刚毛砖组合的裁床平台内往复运动,传统的自动裁剪机因所采用的刚毛砖组件排列方式呈列队式;即刚毛砖的下部外侧开有倒置T型槽,刚毛管内设有容纳刚毛砖1的安装槽,上下的刚毛砖对齐排列。这样的设计使得各排刚毛砖之间会留有缝隙。在裁剪平台的下面有一个真空泵吸附后,由于各排刚毛砖之间留有的较大缝隙,容易导致裁剪材料在较大的吸附力下,被吸入到刚毛砖的缝隙内,造成裁剪材料上下层不平整,造成上下衣片裁剪偏差较大,影响裁剪精度,浪费生产成本。
因此,在现代化的加工生产中需要一种能够减少裁剪材料被吸入缝隙的程度,可以达到降低上下衣片偏差,提高裁剪精度的刚毛砖组件。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种能够减少裁剪材料被吸入缝隙的程度,可以降低上下衣片偏差,提高裁剪精度的刚毛砖组件。
本实用新型所达到的技术目的是按如下方式实现的,提供了一种用于自动裁剪机的刚毛砖组件,包括多个刚毛砖,所述的刚毛砖分别并排嵌入多个条形刚毛管内,所述多个刚毛管纵向并排紧密排列,相邻的刚毛管内的刚毛砖呈错位排列状。
所述的刚毛砖呈矩阵状排列。
所述的刚毛砖组件外边呈长方形,与自动裁剪机的裁床平台相适配。
所述的条形刚毛管为30-50个;在每个条形刚毛管内紧密排列有15-30个刚毛砖。
所述的刚毛管为铝型材刚毛管。
由于采用相邻刚毛管内的刚毛砖错位排列的结构,本实用新型能够减少裁剪材料被吸入缝隙的程度,可以降低上下衣片偏差,提高裁剪精度。

如图1至图4所示,本实用新型一种用于自动裁剪机的刚毛砖组件3,包括多个刚毛砖1,刚毛砖1下部设有外侧开有倒置T型槽,刚毛管2内设有容纳刚毛砖1的安装槽,多个刚毛砖1横向紧密排列地嵌入多个条形刚毛管2内,多个刚毛管2纵向并排紧密排列,相邻的刚毛管2内的刚毛砖1错位排列,呈矩阵状。整体刚毛砖组件外边呈长方形,与自动裁剪机的裁床平台相适配。
其中,刚毛砖组件中的条形刚毛管2为30-50个;在每个条形刚毛管2内紧密排列有15-30个刚毛砖1。刚毛管采用铝型材刚毛管。

3、根据权利要求1所述的用于自动裁剪机的刚毛砖组件,其特征在于:所述的刚毛砖组件外边呈长方形,与自动裁剪机的裁床平台相适配。
4、根据权利要求1所述的用于自动裁剪机的刚毛砖组件,其特征在于:所述的条形刚毛管为30-50个;在每个条形刚毛管内紧密排列有15-30个刚毛砖。
