本实用新型公开了一种线口防水装置，包括外壳、输入线、输出线、防水线套和控制电路，将控制电路封闭在外壳内，其特征在于防水线套上设置凸环，外壳进、出线槽内壁设置与防水线套上凸环对应的凹环，凸环外径稍大于凹环内径，防水护套的凸环紧压在凹环内。本实用新型装置由于采用了上述结构，由于外壳质硬、防水护套质软，外壳收合后可以将防水护套的凸环紧压在凹环内，起到防水密封圈作用，水不能由此进入壳体内部，与现有技术相比具有结构简单，成本低的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种防水装置，特别涉及一种电子类产品的线口防水装置，主要用于防水型电类产品的出、入电线与外壳间的防水。
背景技术
此前的电类防水产品，需将做防水保护的控制部分封胶或使用防水插座达到与水的隔离，胶料会增加产品材料成本，电类产品对胶料的防火性有特别高的要求，该类胶成本昂贵；同时胶凝固需要时间，影响生产效率；防水插座同样会增加结构成本，延长生产流程。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供不用封胶处理，结构简单的一种线口防水装置。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实施的：一种线口防水装置，包括外壳、输入线、输出线、防水线套和控制电路，将控制电路封闭在外壳内，其特征在于防水线套上设置凸环，外壳进、出线槽内壁设置与防水线套上凸环对应的凹环，凸环外径稍大于凹环内径，防水护套的凸环紧压在凹环内。
本实用新型装置由于采用了上述结构，由于外壳质硬、防水护套质软，外壳收合后可以将防水护套的凸环紧压在凹环内，起到防水密封圈作用，水不能由此进入壳体内部，与现有技术相比具有结构简单，成本低的优点。

由图1可知，本实用新型的：一种线口防水装置，包括外壳1、输入线2、输出线3、防水线套4和控制电路5，将控制电路5封闭在外壳1内，防水线套上设置凸环6，外壳进、出线槽内壁设置与防水线套上凸环对应的凹环7，凸环6外径稍大于凹环7内径，防水护套的凸环紧压在凹环内，装配时将防水线套的凸环夹入外壳进、出线槽的凹环内，由于外壳质硬、防水护套质软，外壳收合后可以将防水护套的凸环紧压在凹环内，起到防水密封圈作用，保证水不能由此进入壳体内部。
