Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种气缸传动装置，其包括型材、引拔主座、气缸、链条，型材上设置有滑轨，所述气缸在动力作用下做上下往复运动，气缸底端连接到链条，而型材连接到链条的另一端，气缸固定于引拔主座上。本实用新型设置链条传动机构，可以在气缸移动一倍的距离时，使型材移动两边的距离，由此而缩短了制造气缸的长度。

本实用新型涉及传动装置，尤其涉及一种气缸传动装置。
背景技术
如图1所示，为现有气缸传动机构结构图，其包括型材1、滑轨2、气缸3、引拔主座4。由于这种结构的气缸传动机构气缸传动的距离只能取决于气缸的长度，这样给制造生产带来很大不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种气缸传动装置，以加长气缸传动的距离。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种气缸传动装置，包括型材、引拔主座、气缸、链条，型材上设置有滑轨，所述气缸在动力作用下做上下往复运动，气缸底端连接到链条，而型材连接到链条的另一端，气缸固定于引拔主座上。
优选的，还包括拖链，所述链条装置于拖链中。
从以上技术方案可以看出，本实用新型设置了链条，气缸运动时，带动链条同时运动，在链条另一端的带动下，带动型材沿着滑轨移动，这样，在气缸移动10cm，型材就能够移动20cm，极大的节约了气缸的长度。

下面结合具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
参见图2所示，本实用新型气缸传动装置，包括型材11、引拔主座12、气缸13、链条14，型材上设置有滑轨，所述气缸13在动力作用下做上下往复运动，气缸13底端连接到链条14，而型材11连接到链条14的另一端，气缸13固定于引拔主座12上。
作为本实用新型的优选实施方式，还包括拖链，所述链条装置于拖链中。

1、一种气缸传动装置，其特征在于：包括型材、引拔主座、气缸、链条，型材上设置有滑轨，所述气缸在动力作用下做上下往复运动，气缸底端连接到链条，而型材连接到链条的另一端，气缸固定于引拔主座上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的气缸传动装置，其特征在于：还包括拖链，所述链条装置于拖链中。
