本实用新型涉及配电设备技术领域,具体的说是一种多功能低压配电箱。
背景技术
现有的低压配电箱在机房建设中需要配电、防雷、监测三次设计、三次施工、三家服务的传统模式,具有投资高、管理复杂,电源设备布置凌乱的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的为提供一种集防雷、配电、监测于一身的多功能低压配电箱。
实现上述发明目的的技术方案如下:
多功能低压配电箱,包括一外壳,所述外壳正面设置有市电电源指示灯、油机电源指示灯和液晶显示屏,所述外壳内设置有电源输入端子,所述电源输入端子连接数据采集接口板,所述数据采集接口板连接数据采集板和动力环境监控装置,所述数据采集板还连接到液晶显示屏,所述外壳内还设置有电源防雷器,所述电源防雷器与电源输入端子相连接。
所述外壳正面还设有双路电源机械互锁输入空开,所述双路电源机械互锁输入孔开与电源端子和数据采集接口板连接。
所述外壳正面还设有油机接入口,所述油机接入口与电源端子和数据采集接口板连接。
所述外壳正面还设有9路输出空开,所述输出空开与电源端子和数据采集接口板连接。
本实用新型系统配置灵活、便于施工,并且防雷、配电和监测一体化,具有市电、油机双路输入,多种接口和传输方式,方便新型上传。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示,多功能低压配电箱,包括一外壳,所述外壳正面设置有市电电源指示灯、油机电源指示灯和液晶显示屏,所述外壳内设置有电源输入端子,所述电源输入端子连接数据采集接口板,所述数据采集接口板连接数据采集板和动力环境监控装置,所述数据采集板还连接到液晶显示屏,所述外壳内还设置有电源防雷器,所述外壳正面还设有双路电源机械互锁输入空开,所述外壳正面还设有油机接入口,所述外壳正面还设有9路输出空开。
如图4所示为配电箱上端面孔位图,各孔的设计用途如下:
孔1:安装电度表时市电进线之用,不装电度表此孔不用。
孔2:不装电度表时市电进线之用,装电度表时此孔不用。
孔3:油机上进线孔,如有固定油机,请拆除箱内油机空开与油机进线端子之间的连线,并将油机进线经由此孔长期稳定连接到油机空并之上。如果油机不能固定于此,临时接入不用此孔。
孔4-孔7:输出空开上进线孔。如果输出空开连接负载的导线受环境条件限制不方便由下面接入,可利用此4孔由上面进线,沿配电箱底板走线至最下方后连接到输出空开之上。
如图5所示,为配电箱下端面孔位图,各孔的设计用途如下:
孔1:地线进线孔。配电箱的接地线(防雷地)应选择最佳方案连接,如果由下方进入箱内,可走此孔贴箱底向上走,连接到箱内地排上(PE)。
孔2-孔5:输出空开下进线孔。如果输出空开连接负载的导线由下方进入,可走此4孔。
孔6:油机下进线孔,如果油机需要临时接入,可由此孔进入连接到油机进线端子排上,内面板上有方便接线的小门。
孔7-孔8:监测信号进线孔。环境监测取样探头之信号传输导线由此两孔进入配电箱。
下面对本实用新型的安装接线进行说明,以对本实用新型进一步说明:
配电箱接线在开始之前,首先要确定两个问题,其一是电度表是否装于箱内,其二是油机是固定安装还是临时接入。
如果电度表装于箱内,则要先安装电度表,然后将市电进线接到电度表输入端,电度表输出线穿过箱内中隔上方圆孔后连接到市电空开之输入端。如果在箱内安装了电度表,注意要将箱内遮蔽电度表窗口的标志板取下,该板由中部两个螺钉固定。如果电度表不装于箱内,则可将市电进线直接连接到市电空开输入端。
油机如果是固定安装,则可拆除油机输入空开与油机进线端子之间的连线,将油机直接连接到空开上。否则就不要动箱内连线,油机随时都可以连接到油机进线端子上,而且只需打开面板上的一个小门即可。
其余接线按工程设计和配电要求完成即可。接线完成检查无误后,注意使用随箱所配油笔将每一个输出空开控制的对象写到空开上方的小标牌上。
(3)地线连接
配电箱的地线连接十分重要,要特别注意这不仅是保护地,更重要的是防雷地。因此一定要按照防雷技术的有关规范和技术要求做好地网工程,设置好主接地铜排,并把配电箱内的地排与室内主地排可靠连接。
此外还需注意:
*对于TN电网,PEN线与防雷接地线必须接在一起(等电位连接带)。
*供电部门的PEN线不能作为接地极。
*如果配电系统的PE或PEN母线作为接地连接点,则母线必须通过一条单独接地线接至用户设备的地极。
*箱内端子均有明显标识,特别要注意N与PE不要接错。
4、监测探头安装
多功能低压配电箱Powerstar2.0设置了完善的监测功能,动力监测信号除直流电源外取样全在配电箱内,在产品出厂时已全部做好。环境监测则需要在机房现场安装取样探头。
用户根据环境监测需要所订购的探头已经随箱供应,安装时只需根据机房具体条件将各探头固定到适当位置,将信号线按走线规则汇集到配电箱处。
环境探头信号线由配电箱下端面左侧两个进线孔引入配电箱,根据信号采集板上接线端子下方的信号说明分配好探头信号线的位置,穿过导线固定支架上的线孔,连接到接线端子上。接线时注意使用随机配套的线头套,线头长度要稍长于线头套。使用配套供应的扎带将探头信号线圈定到导线固定支架上,注意使由固定支架到接线端子之问的探头信号线保持放松状态。连接后应认真检查所有接线,不可接错。
5、-48V直流电源连接
监测系统使用机房内的-48V直流电源。连接-48V直流电源请使用随机供应的带有安全插头的专用导线,将专用导线可靠地连接到机房的-48V直流输出空开或端子上。注意极性不可接错,专用导线的黑线应接0V,红线接-48V直流电源。
6、通讯线连接
用户事先依据机房原有通讯条件选定了通讯方式,接口类型及相应的附件。只需将通讯线通过相应附件(或者没有)连接到监测主板相应的通讯口上。注意通讯线也要穿过机箱下端面左侧的一个进线孔,也要通过导线固定支架上最左边的一个孔加以固定,然后再连接到监测主板上相应的通讯口上。通讯线的另一头则要连接到机房内相应的通讯端口上。

1.多功能低压配电箱,包括一外壳,其特征为:所述外壳正面设置有市电电源指示灯、油机电源指示灯和液晶显示屏,所述外壳内设置有电源输入端子,所述电源输入端子连接数据采集接口板,所述数据采集接口板连接数据采集板和动力环境监控装置,所述数据采集板还连接到液晶显示屏,所述外壳内还设置有电源防雷器,所述电源防雷器与电源输入端子相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能低压配电箱,其特征为:所述外壳正面还设有双路电源机械互锁输入空开,所述双路电源机械互锁输入孔开与电源端子和数据采集接口板连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能低压配电箱,其特征为:所述外壳正面还设有油机接入口,所述油机接入口与电源端子和数据采集接口板连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能低压配电箱,其特征为:所述外壳正面还设有9路输出空开,所述输出空开与电源端子和数据采集接口板连接。
