Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种带有冷水缓冲器的承压式储热水箱。该装置由冷水进水口、储热水箱、热水出水口和热交换器组成,其中在储热水箱内冷水进水口上部设置一个冷水缓冲器,冷水缓冲器的四边固定在储热水箱内壁。在储热水箱内安装冷水缓冲器后,冷水进入水箱不是以水柱形式直接冲入水箱上部,而是冷水只能在冷水缓冲器下面分散后从小孔内渗出,从而利用冷热水密度不同的分层原理慢慢的将储热水箱内的热水顶出,如此热水可以充分利用,热损小、节能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种承压式储热水箱,具体是一种带有冷水缓冲器的承压式储热水箱。
背景技术
目前所使用的承压式太阳能储热水箱其下端有一冷水进口,使用时自来水直接从冷水口进入水箱,在市政自来水管网压力下,冷水会直接往上冲很快将储热水箱内的热水中和冷却,致使用户不能充分利用储热水箱内的热水,热损失大,不能起到节能的作用。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述缺陷,本实用新型提供了一种带有冷水缓冲器的承压式储热水箱。
本实用新型由冷水进水口、储热水箱、热水出水口和热交换器组成。储热水箱底部设有冷水进水口,上部设有热水出水口,热交换器设置在储热水箱中部,其特征在于:在储热水箱内冷水进口的上部设置一个冷水缓冲器,冷水缓冲器的四边固定在储热水箱内壁,所述的冷水缓冲器是一块带有多个小孔的防腐蚀隔板或多层防腐蚀丝网。
本实用新型的优点是:在储热水箱内安装冷水缓冲器后,冷水进入水箱不是以水柱形式直接冲入水箱上部,而是冷水只能在冷水缓冲器下面分散后从小孔内渗出,从而利用冷热水密度不同的分层原理慢慢的将储热水箱内的热水顶出,如此热水可以充分利用,热损小、节能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型由冷水进水口1、储热水箱2、热水出水口3或带有热交换器4组成。储热水箱设有冷水进水口和热水出水口,热交换器设置在储热水箱中部,在储热水箱内进水口的上部安装一个冷水缓冲器5,冷水缓冲器的四边固定在储热水箱内壁。如图2所示,冷水缓冲器是一块带有多个小孔6的防腐蚀隔板。所述的冷水缓冲器还可以是多层的防腐蚀丝网。
根据冷水和热水密度不同的分层原理,水箱内冷水处于储热水箱底部,热水处于储热水箱顶部。在没有冷水缓冲器的情况下,冷水进入储热水箱后,在市政自来水管网压力下直接往上冲,迅速将上部的热水冷却。本实用新型安装了冷水缓冲器,冷水进入储热水箱内,冷水只能从冷水缓冲器的小孔内渗流,慢慢的将储热水箱内的热水顶出,储热水箱内的热水就可得以充分利用。

1.一种带有冷水缓冲器的承压式储热水箱,由冷水进水口、储热水箱、热水出水口和热交换器组成,储热水箱底部设有冷水进水口,上部设有热水出水口,热交换器处于储热水箱中部,其特征在于:在储热水箱内冷水进水口上部设置一个冷水缓冲器,冷水缓冲器的四边固定在储热水箱内壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有冷水缓冲器的承压式储热水箱,其特征在于:所述的冷水缓冲器是一块带有多个小孔的防腐蚀隔板或多层防腐蚀丝网等组成。
