本实用新型涉及分体式太阳能热水器,具体涉及一种具有防渗漏功能的太阳能热水器。
背景技术
目前所使用的分体式太阳能热水器的储热水箱和集热器都是通过水管直接连接的,之间没有防渗漏装置;此种热水器的集热器一旦受到外力冲击破碎(或自然状态炸裂),储热水箱中的热水将通过水管由集热器全部流出,很容易造成人身、财产的损害。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有防渗漏功能的分体式太阳能热水器。它是通过以下技术方案实现的:本实用新型包括集热器、储热水箱及智能控制系统,其特征在于:在储热水箱的进水口与集热器相连的管道上设有单向止回阀,储热水箱的出水口与集热器相连的管道上则设有一个由智能控制仪控制的直流电磁阀。
本实用新型与现有技术相比其优越之处在于:
当热水器的集热器受外力冲击破碎(或自然状态炸裂)时,储热水箱中的热水不会流出,从而提高了产品的安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型是通过以下工作原理来实现其防渗漏功能的:首先是进水程序,冷水从进水口8进入,此时智能控制仪9打开交流电磁阀7,冷水通过单向止回阀6进入储热水箱3和集热器1,待水上满后,交流电磁阀7关闭,此时集热器1开始集热。
第二步是冷热水交换程序:智能控制仪9采用的是温差循环方式,当集热器1温度高于储热水箱3设定值时,智能控制仪9打开循环泵10和直流电磁阀11开始循环,集热器1的热水通过单向止回阀6进入储热水箱3,集热器1和储热水箱3的水开始交换。待集热器1的温度低于设定值时,循环泵10和直流电磁阀11关闭,止回阀6同时也关闭。
若在运行中集热器1破裂,集热器1内的温度就会很快下降,探温器2将信号传给智能控制仪9,智能控制仪9立即发出指令关闭直流电磁阀11阻断储热水箱3的出水口4,同时进水口5又被单向止回阀6阻断,从而阻断了储热水箱3的热水外流,实现了防渗漏功能。

1.一种具有防渗漏功能的太阳能热水器,包括集热器(1)、储热水箱(3)及智能控制系统(9),其特征在于:在储热水箱(3)的进水口(5)与集热器(1)相连的管道上设有单向止回阀(6),储热水箱(3)的出水口(4)与集热器(1)相连的管道上则设有一个由智能控制仪(9)控制的直流电磁阀(11)。
