背景技术
本实用新型作出以前，在已有的橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车搅拌装置设计方案中，由于结构上的原因，搅拌轴在工作时往往会产生较大的摆动，导致沥青渗漏的问题，不能达到预期的运输和保存效果。还有一些橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车搅拌装置中的各个部件之间由于采用其他连接结构，安装和拆卸十分不便，不利于后期维护保养。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述存在的不足，而提供一种结构简单、工作效果好、装卸方便的橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车搅拌装置。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案来完成的：一种橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车搅拌装置，包括马达和搅拌轴，所述马达的传动轴通过一万向传动机构与搅拌轴相连接；马达固定在马达固定架上，该马达固定架与内固定架通过法兰连接，中间压有盘根，马达固定架与内固定架设置成一个密封装置；所述搅拌轴的两端通过滑动轴承固定在支撑物上，在搅拌轴的外表面上装设有搅拌叶片。
所述万向传动机构包括安装在马达的传动轴上的链轮，链轮又与一中间轴相连接，中间轴又与一万向传动轴相连接，万向传动轴再与搅拌轴相连接。
所述链轮采用双排链结构，该链轮和中间轴位于所述密封装置的内部，所述中间轴通过压盖和密封盘根固定在轴承座上；
所述马达为液压马达。
本实用新型的有益效果是：设计结构比较简单，安装、拆卸及使用非常方便，经济成本低，较好的适用于橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车、橡胶沥青撒布车、橡胶沥青运输车等领域。

橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车搅拌装置包括马达1和搅拌轴10，马达1为液压马达，在马达1的传动轴上安装有链轮2，链轮2采用双排链结构，链轮2与中间轴4相连接；将马达1固定在马达固定架3上，该马达固定架3再与内固定架8通过法兰连接，中间压有盘根7；马达固定架3与内固定架8设置成一个密封装置，该密封装置采用机械式压紧密封结构，链轮2和中间轴4被密封在该密封装置内部，该中间轴4通过压盖5和密封盘根固紧在轴承座6上，然后密封于该密封装置内部的中间轴4再外接万向传动轴9，万向传动轴9再与搅拌轴10相连接，这样就很好的解决了搅拌轴10转动时因同心度原因产生摆动，进而导致沥青渗漏的问题。搅拌轴10的两端通过两个滑动轴承12固定在支撑物上，在搅拌轴10的外表面上还装设有搅拌叶片11。
本实用新型安装完毕后，具体使用时，驱动马达1，通过万向传动机构带动搅拌轴10运转，进而带动搅拌叶片11的搅动，使得被搅拌液体形成前后对流，较好的防止液体中颗粒沉淀、离析。
作为本实用新型的一种改进，整个装置采用模块式拼接方法，使得拆装和维修非常方便。

1、一种橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车搅拌装置，包括马达和搅拌轴，其特征在于所述马达(1)的传动轴通过一万向传动机构与搅拌轴(10)相连接；马达(1)固定在马达固定架(3)上，该马达固定架(3)与内固定架(8)通过法兰连接，中间压有盘根(7)，马达固定架(3)与内固定架(8)设置成一个密封装置；所述搅拌轴(10)的两端通过滑动轴承(12)固定在支撑物上，在搅拌轴(10)的外表面上装设有搅拌叶片(11)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车搅拌装置，其特征在于所述万向传动机构包括安装在马达(1)的传动轴上的链轮(2)，链轮(2)又与一中间轴(4)相连接，中间轴(4)又与一万向传动轴(9)相连接，万向传动轴(9)再与搅拌轴(10)相连接。
3、根据权利要求2所述的橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车搅拌装置，其特征在于所述链轮(2)采用双排链结构，该链轮(2)和中间轴(4)位于所述密封装置的内部，所述中间轴(4)通过压盖(5)和密封盘根固定在轴承座(6)上；
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的橡胶沥青碎石同步封层车搅拌装置，其特征在于所述马达(1)为液压马达。
