本实用新型涉及机械设备制造技术领域，尤其是一种简易悬臂吊。
背景技术：
有些中小厂承担液压油缸的零部件生产任务大，种类较多。一般大件较重由天车吊运装夹，小件由人工搬运到机床位进行装夹。对于较多的中件靠人工搬运到机床位进行装夹很费劲，靠天车吊运到机床位进行装夹，由于车间内天车少很难满足要求，这样就会造成误工现象。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述问题，提供一种简易悬臂吊，操作灵活方便，可提高工作效率。
本实用新型的技术方案是：所述的一种简易悬臂吊，该悬臂吊的立柱的底部连接有底座，底座通过螺栓固定在地面上，在立柱上部位通过活动套安装有活扣环和吊耳，活扣环与工字钢悬臂一端联接，工字钢悬臂另一端与钢丝绳一端联接，钢丝绳另一端与吊耳联接，在工字钢悬臂上装有电葫芦，工字钢悬臂可以通过活动套绕立柱转动。
本实用新型功率小，制造成本低，占地面积少，在机床较多的厂房内，每两台机床之间安装一台简易悬臂吊，可管两台机床的零部件吊运装夹，操作灵活方便，可避免误工现象，提高工作效率，节约大功率天车来回行走有时还空跑浪费的电能。

具体实施方式：
如图1中所示，本实用新型的立柱2的底部连接有底座1，底座1通过螺栓固定在地面上，在立柱2上部位通过活动套安装有活扣环3和吊耳4，活扣环3与工字钢悬臂5一端联接，工字钢悬臂5另一端与钢丝绳6一端联接，钢丝绳6另一端与吊耳4联接，在工字钢悬臂5上装有电葫芦7，电葫芦7可以在工字钢悬臂5上来回自由移动，电葫芦7上的起吊绳可上下移动，工字钢悬臂5可以通过活动套绕立柱2转动，操作灵活方便。
本实用新型安装在两台机床之间，需要吊运零部件时，随时都可以使用，避免误工现象，提高工作效率。
