背景技术:
现有的各种仿形磨床利用固定在工件夹持轴上的仿形母轮带动固定在磨头轴上的偏心滚针轴轮,从而带动磨头和砂轮运动,进而实现对工件的加工要求。磨头机构与磨头机架之间一般采用燕尾槽结构来实现平移和定位。这种结构一是燕尾槽加工精度要求很高,加工困难;二是安装困难,在安装调试过程中,对燕尾槽部分的任何机械损伤都会对工件加工精度产生影响;三是能耗大,磨头机构与磨头机架之间摩擦力大,因此能耗大;四是更换润滑脂困难,燕尾槽部分采用润滑脂润滑,由于移动频繁,又是平移运动,经常需要更换润滑脂,但该机构不易安装与检修。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装方便、精度高的仿形磨床磨头平移机构。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的,一种仿形磨床磨头平移机构,它包括磨头机架,磨头机构通过滚柱交叉导轨副安装在磨头机架上。
本实用新型所述的滚柱交叉导轨副包括上导轨、滚柱、下导轨,磨头机构上安装有上导轨镶条,上导轨安装在上导轨镶条上,磨头机架上安装有下导轨镶条,下导轨安装在下导轨镶条上。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的,其结构简单,易于安装,能有效保证仿形磨床的加工精度。
