Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种接续管补强接续条。本实用新型由一条缠绕在接续管两侧铝绞线上的2-5组预绞丝构成,所述的每一组预绞丝由2-4根铝合金丝构成。本实用新型接续管补强接续条可以很好地弥补变通接续管的上述不足,不易发生断裂现象且不会因为长时间的带电运行使压接处电阻增加,提高线路运行的安全性能,降低维护费用。

本实用新型涉及一种接续管补强接续条。
背景技术
普通钢芯铝绞线的压接一般采用接续管液压或钳压(由圆形压成六方形)形式,所述的接续管由压接钢芯用镀锌钢管及压接铝绞线用铝管两部分组成。所述的接续管结构的缺点是:1、在施工过程中人为因素较大,容易造成机械损伤,发生断裂等现象。2、长时间的带电运行容易使压接处电阻增加,出现温度升高现象,增加线路衰耗,甚至发生线路熔断现象。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种不易发生断裂、可有效提高线路运行安全性能且降低维护费用的接续管补强接续条。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
本实用新型由一条缠绕在接续管两侧铝绞线上的2-5组预绞丝构成,所述的每一组预绞丝由2-4根铝合金丝构成。
本实用新型缠绕在铝绞线上的每一组预绞丝由2-4根呈并排设置绕置成螺旋状的铝合金丝构成。
本实用新型位于接续管侧面的每一组预绞丝由2-4根绕置成麻花状的铝合金丝构成。
本实用新型积极效果如下:本实用新型接续管补强接续条可以很好地弥补变通接续管的上述不足,不易发生断裂现象且不会因为长时间的带电运行使压接处电阻增加,提高线路运行的安全性能,降低维护费用。

具体实施方式
接续管1、铝绞线2以及铝绞线2内的钢芯5结构如附图1、2、3所示,本实用新型接续管补强接续条一般由2-5组预绞丝3组成,每组预绞丝3由2-4根高强度铝合金丝4绞合后并在一起,在预绞丝3内层刷上导电胶、导电砂,附图4—11所示为本实用新型的一个实施例,其采用四根铝合金丝4组成预绞丝3,本实用新型一组预绞丝3缠绕在铝绞线2上使用状态如附图9所示;如附图10、11所示,本实用新型采用四组预绞丝3构成接续条,为防止尖端放电,如附图7所示,每根铝合金丝4端部都处理成半球形,或如附图8所示处理成鹦鹉嘴形以提高起晕电压。如附图11所示,缠绕在铝绞线2上的每一组预绞丝3由4根呈并排设置绕置成螺旋状的铝合金丝4构成。如附图10所示,位于接续管1侧面的每一组预绞丝3由4根绕置成麻花状的铝合金丝4构成。在接续管1侧面的每一组预绞丝3拧成麻花状以便贴合在接续管1表面通过接续管。本实用新型接续管补强接续条可以达到95%CUTS(绞线计算破断强度);接续管补强接续条截面积大于铝绞线2的截面积;安装后等长电阻小于同等长度绞线的电阻。

1、一种接续管补强接续条,其特征在于其由一条缠绕在接续管(1)两侧铝绞线(2)上的2-5组预绞丝(3)构成,所述的每一组预绞丝(3)由2-4根铝合金丝(4)构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种接续管补强接续条,其特征在于所述的缠绕在铝绞线(2)上的每一组预绞丝(3)由2-4根呈并排设置绕置成螺旋状的铝合金丝(4)构成。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的一种接续管补强接续条,其特征在于位于接续管(1)侧面的每一组预绞丝(3)由2-4根绕置成麻花状的铝合金丝(4)构成。
