背景技术
煤球炉是日常生活中常用的一种炊暖用具,常见的此种炉具在换最下层的乏煤球时一般都是需要将炉膛内的全部煤球夹出,清除掉最下层的乏煤球后再依次夹回炉膛,再添上一块新的煤球块,这整个过程人们似习以为常,无需改进,实际上这种操作法存在一些问题:动作过程多而费力,容易造成煤灰散飞污染环境;热能损耗大。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种煤球炉的新的技术方案,它可以在很大程度上消除上述问题。
本技术方案是这样实现的:在炉膛内将传统的固定的炉箅子作成和炉壳不固接的连接结构,在炉箅子和炉底之间装置一压缩弹簧。
本设计的有益效果是:操作动作相对简单,飞灰少,热损少。

图中,1为炉口,2为煤球,3为炉壁,4为炉壳,5为炉箅子,6为塔形簧,7为炉底,8为乏煤球。
具体实施方式:
如图所示,炉箅子5为一独立的圆形箅状物,其周边和炉壳内壁4靠近,上部和炉壁3下边靠近,其下则由一压缩簧最好是一倒置的塔形簧6支撑,塔形簧弹力适当,即当炉箅上的炉膛内放满煤球时,弹簧的支撑弹力应如图1所示的呈不被煤球重力过分压下的状态;而当清除乏煤球从炉口1上补加一块新煤球后,弹簧被加大了的重力适当压缩,再加上炉口上的锅具等的重力,炉箅子和塔形簧被向下压缩成如图2中6的状态,此时则可用煤夹夹出或钩出乏煤球8(从出灰口出来),清除后则炉箅子及塔形簧回位原状来重新支撑正在燃烧的煤球,恢复炊事操作,塔形簧的特殊结构使其可以被压缩成很扁状,减少了空间占用;塔形簧倒置则是为可能落到炉底7上的煤灰的清除多提供些空间以方便清除。
