本实用新型公开了一种膜状固定化酵母细胞乙醇连续发酵装置,以解决现有生物反应器结构复杂、制备成本较高的问题。本实用新型包括预热池、进料管、酒醪收集罐、回流管、温度计,预热池通过进料管与柱式反应器相连,膜状固定化酵母细胞涂在不锈钢丝网上,卷成桶状置于柱式反应器中。本实用新型采用多级柱式生物反应器系统,将膜状固定化酵母细胞固定在不锈钢丝网上,卷成桶状置于反应器中,多级串联形成固定化细胞连续乙醇发酵装置,具有结构简单、生产效率高、发酵时间短、费用低及杂菌污染较小等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种生物反应器,尤其是一种膜状固定化酵母细胞乙醇连续发酵装置。
背景技术
生物反应器是利用生物催化剂进行化学反应的设备,是实现生物技术产品工业化制备的重要技术之一,有如下优点:可实现连续化、大型化和高度自动化生产;固定化细胞生物反应器由于集中了高浓度细胞,可提高生物反应速度,缩短生产周期;能实现产物与底物的及时分离;生产过程中可避免杂菌的污染等。
根据催化剂的分布情况可将固定化细胞生物反应器分为填充床、流化床、悬浮床、中空纤维式、膜式及管式等几种,但都存在有不同程度的缺陷,如填充床填充床固定化细胞反应器的混合度较差;流化床反应器难于扩大生产规模,且费用较高;悬浮床生物反应器不易于生产放大,费用较高。
现有多层分隔式生物反应器,是在发酵罐中置有由金属或硬质塑料及树脂等材料制的筛网粒子筐,粒子筐中放入固定化酵母凝胶体。现有反应器结构复杂,制备成本较高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种膜状固定化酵母细胞乙醇连续发酵装置,以解决现有生物反应器结构复杂、制备成本较高的问题。
本实用新型包括预热池、进料管、酒醪收集罐、回流管、温度计,所述预热池通过进料管与柱式反应器相连,膜状固定化酵母细胞涂在丝网上,卷成桶状置于柱式反应器中。
本实用新型采用多级柱式生物反应器系统,将膜状固定化酵母细胞固定在不锈钢丝网上,卷成桶状置于反应器中,多级串联形成固定化细胞连续乙醇发酵装置,具有结构简单、生产效率高、发酵时间短、费用低及杂菌污染较小等优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括预热池1、进料管2、酒醪收集罐6、回流管7、温度计8,预热池1通过进料管2与柱式反应器相连,膜状固定化酵母细胞9涂在不锈钢丝网5上,卷成桶状置于柱式反应器中。多级串联进行酒精发酵。
柱式反应器为2~4个,相邻柱式反应器之间设有蠕动泵3。
使用时,将包埋有酵母细胞的聚乙烯醇复合凝胶铺在不锈钢丝网5上,冷冻成型后卷成桶状,置于柱式反应器的隔板上;然后将玉米糖化液泵入预热池1中,在本实施方式中柱式反应器为2个,预热后的糖液流入柱式反应器一(4-1)中,然后再将柱式反应器一(4-1)中的糖液通过蠕动泵3泵入到柱式反应器二(4-2)中,在柱式反应器通入无菌空气,然后进行酒精发酵。

1、一种膜状固定化酵母细胞乙醇连续发酵装置,包括预热池、进料管、酒醪收集罐、回流管、温度计,其特征在于:所述预热池(1)通过进料管(2)与柱式反应器相连,膜状固定化酵母细胞(9)涂在丝网(5)上,卷成桶状置于柱式反应器中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的膜状固定化酵母细胞乙醇连续发酵装置,其特征在于:所述柱式反应器为2~4个,相邻柱式反应器之间设有蠕动泵(3)。
