(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种可太阳能电池专用背封膜。
(二)背景技术
太阳能电池封装所用的背封膜,由于要求具有良好的空气隔绝性能、良好的防氧化和抗潮湿性能、良好的电绝缘性能、能长期防止粘合物的水解的性能等,目前国内太阳能电池厂家所使用的都是价格昂贵的进口的太阳能专用TPT(聚氟乙烯复合膜)背封膜,有五层结构,依次为外层聚氟乙烯(PVF)薄膜、粘合层、中间层聚脂(PET)薄膜、粘合层、内层聚氟乙烯(PVF)薄膜。由于中间层聚脂(PET)薄膜与内、外层聚氟乙烯(PVF)薄膜之间的结合都需要粘合层,使背封膜加工繁琐,且中间层聚脂(PET)薄膜与聚氟乙烯(PVF)薄膜易脱层,影响产品质量。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种加工简单、不易脱层的太阳能电池专用背封膜。
本实用新型提出的太阳能电池专用背封膜是这样实现的:一种太阳能电池专用背封膜,其特征在于它以PET薄膜层为中间,在所述PET薄膜层上、下表面复有氟碳涂膜层。
本实用新型太阳能电池专用背封膜,将氟碳涂料直接涂敷在PET薄膜的上下表面,在PET薄膜的上下表面直接成膜,不需要粘合剂、加工简单不易脱层,且能满足太阳能背封膜的使用要求。

图2为本实用新型背封膜在太阳能电池中与太阳能各层结合的断面结构示意图。
图中:PET薄膜层1,氟碳涂膜层2、EVA热熔胶层3、电池片4、玻璃板5。
(五)具体实施方式
参见图1,太阳能电池专用背封膜由三层结构组成,以PET薄膜层1为中心,上下两面复有氟碳涂膜层2。
太阳能电池专用背封膜制备:
1)提供PET薄膜层1其厚度为0.1—0.5mm,将其进行除静电处理后,在其上下表面涂覆厚度为0.015mm—0.030mm的氟碳涂膜层2;
2)将涂覆后的膜进行烘干处理。
参见图2,使用时,将太阳能电池专用背封膜通过EVA热熔胶层3复合在电池片4表面,电池片4的另一面通过EVA热熔胶层3复合在玻璃板5上。

1、一种太阳能电池专用背封膜,其特征在于它以PET薄膜层(1)为中间,在所述PET薄膜层(1)上、下表面复有氟碳涂膜层(2)。
